Caretta Village

One of the most unacceptable accommodations I have ever visited! It is a hotel that works as rooms for rent but calls itself a hotel. There is no breakfast, they don't clean the room, they don't throw away the garbage, there is no hot water! I went there with 3 children, 3 months, 5 and 7 years old, and when I told them why the room is not cleaned, the lady who owns it answered me, all rudeness, girl, I'm one person, I don't have time, clean it yourself and she brought me broom and dust pan. We bought toilet paper from outside because as he told me, we only change the sheets and towels every 3 days. For two days we took a bath with cold water due to a breakdown of the solar panel, and when we protested he opened another room for us to wash but told us to be careful not to dirty it because in 3 hours the next ones will enter. So we were forced to bathe the children in another room, a distance of 3 minutes from ours, crossing the pool each time to wash my children one by one. Her husband works the bar and opens it so he remembers. Far away, we went to rest and got more tired. Very small rooms with very bad mattresses. Come on, the surrounding area smells because of the swamp.
