The hotel is well located, near the Plaza Mayor and the historic area. Parking at the door, breakfast included, restaurant near the reception, excellent WiFi. Aspect to improve: the magnetic key only works for exactly 24 hours, then it must be ”configured” again - fortunately when we returned on the 2nd day there was still a official in the restaurant that can do this procedure to get us into the one of the rooms was on the 3rd floor, in a kind of stolen water where the window did not open/we could not open ... claustrophobic and needs adequate refurbishment and cleaning.

Ideally located when travelling from Bilbao to Portugal. Very clean, large room with comfortable beds. Staff were efficient at the front desk. Did not use the restaurant. Instead, went across the road to Meson del Douro for dinner. Service was quick. If you don’t speak Spanish translate menu online so you know what to order.

El hotel es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Las habitaciones son amplias y el baño tiene una bañera de hidromasaje. Hemos estado durante 6 noches y el trato por parte de todas las trabajadoras ha sido magnífico. Nos han hecho recomendaciones de visitas, lugares para comer, experiencias para disfrutar durante nuestra estancia. Además el precio de la cafetería es más que razonable y los platos son sencillos, abundantes y ricos.
