From the outside it looks like a much better hotel than what you find inside, although the window awnings are pretty dirty because they are so dirty. The lady who serves you, Isabel, very kind. As soon as you arrive you go up to the room with two glasses of champagne and 2 cookies that are very delicious. But from here...... Wardrobe with only 3 hangers, so if you have to spend a week and unpack your suitcase, then you tell me..... The room we had faced a side street and from 7 in the morning you would hear all the cars passing by. I imagine that the window does not insulate much. Dirty balcony. In this establishment they allow animals, and it is something that they do not say anywhere. Therefore, those who travel with animals will be delighted, but not us. And we discovered it because when walking around the room with the socks, when I took them off to go to the shower there were a few hairs stuck to the sock. And then we found out later, that we saw a girl passing by with 2 greyhounds to the room. If we had known, we would have taken another hotel. Another episode is the bed. The SUPER HARD mattress. Which meant that from 6:30 until 8:45 when we got up, I did nothing but toss and turn in bed, so I have to say that I rested poorly. For breakfast they offer a continental breakfast for €4. Juice from a bottle (even if it had less quantity they should put natural juice), coffee (small cup and not breakfast), cola cao or infusions. The croissant is dry like mojama. It's not worth having breakfast here. Otherwise, normal price for the area, although based on the experience, it is not worth it. We no longer ask about the pool or the gym or other services. If you still decide to stay here, ask for a high floor to avoid noise a little more.

We were passing through and were looking for a hotel in the area. The room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, they offered us a welcome gift with a glass of cava and typical pastries. The hotel is very recomendable!!

Due to a flight cancellation, we had to reorganize a trip on the fly and we booked a night at this hotel through booking. A few hours later I find out that I have to be at my workplace and that it is more difficult for me to sleep there. I call the hotel to see if I can cancel the reservation and they tell me that booking has to manage it. I call booking and they tell me that it is up to the hotel to accept or not. The final answer is that it could not be canceled and that they would charge us 100%. In short, they will have little work and they will have to hold on to what they can but I will not return. Besides, it is completely outdated and out of fashion.

The experience was very poor, as were the owners. By hiring one night for 3 adults, they intend to charge me a supplement (it must be that the owner screwed up when adding the extra bed). Also in a heat wave they tell us that they are not going to put on the air conditioning (well, underfloor heating) because it was going to rain. Alternatively, they tell us to cancel (they thought we weren't going to cancel after swallowing the supplement). We canceled and after giving me the refund (the owner going up to the room to see that no pollen had entered the room and the owner disappeared) we leave and the owner comes out in an inappropriate manner, screaming and rudely demanding the bill (it must be that They didn't even want to spend the ink to reprint it). Finally, it must be that they think they are gangsters, because they respond to your reviews like greengrocers and are not aware that deleting reviews is not a good idea.

Correct hotel, central, easy to get to, very good parking, but that many hotels have, the friendliness of the staff is the best thing about this hotel, the boy is very, very kind, offering to help with the luggage...I will return

Cheap and well-equipped suite room. Good wifi, jacuzzi in the room and heated pool practically to ourselves. Underfloor air conditioning. Terrace in the room and living room with a fairly large refrigerator. A pleasant surprise to find this hotel in a town. We will repeat without a doubt
