Voyage Torba Hotel

My wife and I stayed at the Voyage Torba Hotel in September 2025 and were very satisfied with our stay. The sea is incredibly clear, the water is clear and the green area is very convenient for walking. The buffet is good for its range and quality, it's really delicious food, plus several restaurants of national cuisines, a pastry shop, etc. We have been to many places, but we have not met such recreation assistants before. Our assistants: the girls Botakoz and Amina made our stay at the hotel very comfortable. They changed our room, offered us several options, delivered medicines and much more. Our assistants were very responsible and friendly. Botacoz solved the issue that we had previously solved with the management of the hotels.

Ideal hotel for family stay. Kids activities and food choices at each part of the hotel is amazing - a very convenient hotel to stay especially with little kids. Special thanks to Kerem bey from guest services for his extra attention and care for my sons:) also, Dzhanbota and Aziza made sure that we’d be assisted immediately with all our requests. Coming back next year for sure!:)

We come to Voyage Torba with our family every year, and it never fails to meet our expectations. The hotel is always kept in perfect condition , everything feels fresh, new, and of the highest standard. In my opinion, no other place compares to Voyage; it truly sets the bar for what a great holiday should be. The rooms are modern and comfortable, the pools are amazing, the food is outstanding with endless variety, and the staff are simply wonderful. This year, a very special thanks goes to Askidil, who provided the best assistance and made our stay even more enjoyable. Voyage Torba is more than just a hotel for us , it’s our favorite destination, and we look forward to returning again and again.

Voyage Torba Stay (July 4–20, 2025) We once again chose Voyage Torba for our holiday, as it has always been our preferred destination. First and foremost, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the incredible team members who made our stay truly memorable: • Can and Angelina from Lagoon Bar, who never stopped pampering us and created an unforgettable beach experience, • Ümit, responsible for the beach at Angelina, • Hayriye, who kept our room spotlessly clean, • Aleyna from Degusto Restaurant, and of course, • Davut, who went above and beyond to make our holiday unique. A very special thanks goes to Ms. Gülşah, whose attention and care regarding my daughter’s dietary needs made us feel completely at ease. Her efforts truly made a difference to our family experience. That being said, I would also like to share some areas where we felt disappointed: • Arrival Experience: Unfortunately, the welcome was very poor. In fact, I would say there was no real concept of a welcome at all, which is disheartening to see as it has noticeably worsened year after year. • Food Quality: Compared to previous years, we felt that the overall taste and quality of the food was not at the same high level. Voyage has always stood out for its exceptional dining experience, and we truly hope this high standard can be restored. • Photography Services: We found the photography services to be highly opportunistic and overpriced. Exploiting emotional moments to sell packages at double the cost compared to last year—while offering half the service—was unacceptable and left us very frustrated. This type of sales approach does not reflect the spirit or values we associate with Voyage Torba. • Kids Club: We were told that the Kids Club would be renovated, but what we encountered was a disappointment. Moreover, we were surprised to discover children being shown YouTube videos under the label of a “cinema experience.” Not only is YouTube an inappropriate choice for such a setting, but exposing children to advertisements in this way was very concerning. At the very least, a premium subscription could have been used to avoid this. Despite these concerns, we continue to value Voyage Torba and the wonderful staff who always make our holidays so special. Our hope is that this feedback is taken constructively so that future experiences can be even more aligned with the high standards we have come to expect from Voyage. Warm regards, Hasan AYDIN
