The landscape of the hotel, the view of the studio apartment room where I stayed was very good, but the number of employees was generally insufficient, there is a Starbucks but they did not know how to make some of the coffees, there are employees who call them brother and sister, the shuttle services are inadequate, but the staff using buggy are polite and friendly, the dessert section in the meals is of such quality. It is very small for the hotel. A small number of pistachio baklava is served every 2 days and it runs out immediately and there is no new one. Although the main course varieties are not very diverse, it can be said to be sufficient and tastes good. Having a quiet bay by the sea is a great advantage, fruit is sent to the room, it is a very polite move, but it is not good. Unfortunately, the bug outbreak made me sad. Since it was the beginning of October, they were about to close the season. I probably attribute the problems to that. I hope such a beautiful facility will be better.

I have originally booked a six night stay at this hotel but cut it short and left after the second night. Very disappointing. The hotel itself is outdated, furniture worn out, utilities broken, and facilities don’t work. The most exhausting thing of them all was the uncleanliness. The room was dirty, spider webs in the bathroom, oily private pool, dusty jacuzzi. They even brought us a dirty cot for my child. I called twice to have it changed and no one changed it. Went to the reception showed them the picture then they changed it. The housekeeping were even worst they would not put tissue in the tissue box, the bed is simply put together not even tidy (see picture), neighbors food left outside our room for 24 hrs (see picture). The room very outdates- tiles of the pool broken and left on the patio (see picture), bathroom bad- shower handle mobile, water dispenser broken. We had to call the maintenance 4 times during our 2 day stay very exhausting. The door can be opened without a card key- had to be fixed twice to make it lock/ anyone could enter our room. At the end we got very fed up and checked out 4 days earlier than planned.

Terrible service. It takes tens of minutes to wait for the buggy, and all the staff walks and talks like they got stoned. If you start telling the staff that you are not satisfied with the quality of the service, they give rude remarks. We almost got into a fight with one of the staff. The hotel is richly made, but the service just ruins the experience.
