I found the hotel on google map. Another family member who was on visit of toranagallu for same purpose booked the hotel through makemytrip. Cleanliness as well as the room service of the hotel was so poor. Despite of repeated requests hotel authority did not arrange cleaning citing lame excuse the cleaning staff only work in between certain period of time though i thought room service should be done twice in a day. The television was non functioning. The shower of the bathroom was non functioning. Today, in the morning of checkout there was no water situation in the hotel. At that time concerned phn no was also unreachable. Due to such horrible situation, the scheduled work hampered. In such bad experience i must tell the service and food of the restaurant were quite satisfactory.

Mm t is a fraud. Charged almost rs. 1000 more than what we would have paid if booked directly with the hotel. And they claim all sorts of bogus offers.

Toiletry kit quality should be improve. Tea/ coffee kit should provide. Complementary breakfast must provide.

I found the hotel to be very nice or the staff also to be very social or friendly minded so should the staff or management so that i can stay there again and again. Thank you for providing a good service.

1. Location guidance. Google maps doesn't show this hotel because hotel name is not dolphin. It is vijayalakshmi hotel. They have some rooms inside a vijayalakshmi hotel and that they have named as dolphin inn. I called hotel to get the location guidance 2. Checkin is horrible. You have to do checkin formalities in vijayalakshmi hotel and come to dolphin in 3. I got the room in 3 floor and lift was not working. I got to know this lift was not working from past few months. 4. Room, cot is ok, ac is ok, but switching on ac requires time on remote selections. Hot water is good. Towels are not ok. Room is ok if you can adjust 5. Eating ambience is not ok. 6. In front of the hotel, u can do walking if you don't want to skip walking 7. Car parking space is there, but is not systematic, you need to work in the manner accordingly. Finally this hotel rating can be 2. 5 out of 5. They can definitely improve ac and make good business.
