Everything was good except that the shower was virtually cold. This was highly inconvenient as I had a long drive to arrive and also another long drive after I left. The shower is terrible!

This is a very nice property and the room is very comfortable. Staff at the desk (wish I had gotten her name) was super helpful and welcoming.

This Hyatt was very clean and in a nice location. Breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. When I return to Topeka, I'll definitely return.

The room had been recently renovated. The bed was comfortable and the sofa in the room was newer. The TV remote wouldn’t work, therefore we couldn’t watch tv. The shower took awhile for the warm water to flow in and water pressure was weak. The elevator was “bumpy”.. we didn’t have the breakfast but they did offer a free one.
