The ladies at the front desk were great. Very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Pool was cold, but felt nice on a hot day. The inside of the hotel was a lot better than the outside. Looks dirty and unkept from the outside but was happily surprised once I got to my room

0 RATING!! Room was extremely dirty and smelled of cig smoke, the bedding was dirty and so was the bathroom. People were screaming in the hallways, and tv wasn't working properly.

Would never stay here again. Nothing like it looks online, the rooms are disgusting. The pool smells so badly of mildew I’m not even sure if id be able to swim

Place is a $h!t hole! Bathroom had dirt/grass all over the floor, front panel of the vanity was rotted and pulled away, hole in the all with cables coming out, stained chair, 3 pillows for a king bed, and plastic on box springs had dirt on it! No lamp shade on lamp, mold on walls along with who knows what else it was.Place stunk the minute we walked in and did NOT feel safe at all! RUN don’t walk from this place

Mold on all of the walls, no TV, no AC, sketchy parking lot, didn't stay because of the conditions, and they still haven't refunded me. The room was genuinely a horror show. A walking health violation

Went to check in at 7pm and the room still wasnt ready. Asked for a different room, didnt get one. So we had to wait. Didnt offer a discount or anything. Very unhappy with the experience. Lovby stinks terribly, havent even been to the room yet

This place was horrible. I’ve never seen any like it. Dirty, not all our rooms had TVs, waited for hours to check in, no breakfast, the list goes on. There was loud music and the **** smell was so thick, we reported it but she said there was nothing she could do. We searched all over Topeka for rooms at a different hotel and couldn’t find any, it was graduation weekend. We were there with family for our daughter’s graduation or we would not have stayed. I have never written a negative review because no place is perfect and things happened, but this was a whole other level of horrible. Sleep in your car if you have to!
