The Angel at Topcliffe

Fantastic lunch, friendly staff, great atmosphere. Land lady gave us a history lesson on the place , nothing was to much trouble. I would definitely go again. We live in Sheffield so was just passing through so if anyone is just passing through definitely worth a visit.

Really enjoyed our meal out at The Angel , the food is amazing , staff polite and helpful and service very good. Not to mention the beautiful decor . Look forward to our next visit.

We came for our 25th Silver Wedding Anniversary, as this is where we got married. The staff were so kind and friendly as we had not booked and they were busy with an event but found us a table and looked after us. The food and drinks were amazing. We loved the new renovations and the decor is beautiful. We even got treated to complimentary fizz for our special day. Every member of staff were attentive and lovely. We will definitely come back and recommend. Thank you.

Had a joint 60th and booked out the garden and events suite. Amazing 5 star service but still excellent value for money. Staff are world class and a good laugh!

We recently stayed at The Angel Inn in Topcliffe and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. Our room was spotless and cozy with all the little touches that make a big difference, like quality toiletries and super comfortable bedding. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the place. The highlight, though, was the food! The dinner menu offered a great range of locally sourced dishes, all cooked to perfection. The fish and chips were especially memorable, and breakfast the next morning was generous and delicious. The location is perfect for exploring North Yorkshire, with beautiful countryside just minutes away. Whether you're just stopping over or planning a weekend break, we highly recommend The Angel Inn. We’ll definitely be returning!
