Oaks Toowoomba Hotel Reviews

Overall a very pleasant stay. Had issues with WIFI and logging in and on Friday night in bed around 9.30pm we heard loud music from somewhere. Not sure if from within the hotel or neighbouring restaurants.

Great place to stay, had a 2 room apartment booked, was very expensive and I had to go back to reception to get a key to power the second room!

We had a very pleasant stay in a nice, comfortable, and roomy room and would definitely stay again. We were wanting something close to The Empire Theatre and it was a lot closer than expected so walking there and to restaurants was extremely easy even if you are unfit! I was however disappointed that we didn't realise that we could park on the street without payment on Saturday after 11.30am and all day Sunday and therefore was charged $15 for parking at the hotel - when I originally made a booking through Wotif there was no information regarding parking.

The property was in a great location with so many fantastic restaurants and shops within walking distance.

I did not like the cleaning of the room,all they did was to make the bed and change towels Carpet not vacuumed ,bathroom,shower and toilet cleaned during our stay.

Clean, simple place to stay overnight in Toowoomba. Rooms were a good size and parking is easy but not free.

Close to downtown where we had an appointmant at the Sports Club. Walkable to cafes etc

Great spot in Toowoomba close to shops. Paid parking however large parking area across from hotel is free and mostly empty on weekend.

But of noise from Saturday night crowd in the bar downstairs but otherwise all good.

Location was great, paid for room and Breakfast, don’t bother with breakfast, 3 staff members stood behind counter, wasn’t explained what was available really bad service and when breakfast arrived it was terrible

The room was a bit worn, the free off street parking cost $15, the air conditioner was ineffective and turned off every time you open the balcony door, turning it back on was not automatic and a slow process, the ac also did not cool the room so we were lucky there was a breeze! The sofa was worn and stained and the bathroom Could do with a clean. Overall it was average but not really worth the money

The friendly, helpful and caring staff. We had last minute change to the holiday's plan and had to shortened the stay and between hotel and ******* support the booking was amended and one night charge was fully refunded. Check-in and check out experience were pleasant despite the hotel having reduced staff and that it was a big Christmas holiday.

Bed was comfortable and room clean. Reception on check out couldn’t work out billing questions, and was surly in response.

It's always a nice experience when we've stayed at the Oaks. Rooms are clean, quiet and spacious. Would recommend staying here when visiting Toowoomba.
