"Trip.com Get the wrong room! First time this kind of thing happened! I booked 2 new wing standard twin rooms (pictures 3, 4) Go to the hotel for new wing casual room - is not even toilet and bathing facilities. Spent more than 1 hour to negotiate with the hotel, words down Finally know it was caused by trip.com and Japanese local tour agent company miscommunication, very tired, but the room we booked is full, for the convenience of family members have a toilet at night, the hotel helped us replace the old wing single room (toilet, picture 1, 2) To commend the hotel manager and staff for being very polite, trying to communicate and changing rooms. This loss is actually very difficult to make up for, after all, the spa hotel, family and friends have expectations for stay, and waste a lot of travel precious time, very disappointed😞"
