Tudia Hotel is in a good location, just outside the ancient main street. The hotel looks beautiful, the rooms are quite clean, and the hotel also provides dinner.

Well done Toodyay Hotel. You've lifted your game. Had a very pleasant lunch with friends. Prompt service, and a terrific, delicious, fresh Caesar salad with chicken, and pavlova dessert. The outdoor area looks beautiful and has been renovated and is well maintained. Bar service professional and fast. What a turn around from the problems of past years. I live in Toodyay and will be recommending the hotel to visitors. .

Dropped in on a Sunday drive for lunch. Staff very friendly and the “old” pub has a wonderful feel to it. The chicken schnitzel was very moist and was obviously hand-crumbed while my wife’s steak sandwich was large with the steak being very tender. Well done guys. Would definitely recommend.

Visited the Toodyay Hotel on Saturday with a couple of local friends., we had high expectations as the pub have new owners. Ordered drinks and food. 2 x Carbonaras 1 x Soup and a Schnitzel. Had the privilege of waiting over an hour for 1 carb and the Schnitzel to arrive and then another 15 minutes for the soup and Carb to arrive. The Schnitzel was $28 with chips and salad. The chicken was a 1/2 breast and not a full which is what you would expect for $28. The chips where old, and the "salad" was pretty ordinary. Brought to the attention of the manager only to me met with distain, and "it is what it is". The Carbonara's were inconsistent in that one had the other 1/2 of my schnitzel, while the other had bugger all, and there was more sauce than pasta and should have been served with a soup spoon. The Garlic bread was very dry and cold for $9.00 and if you wanted chips and gravy expect to pay $17!! will not be back.

THIS HOTEL IS CURRENTLY CLOSED DO NOT BOOK. NEW MANAGEMENT COMING IN COMING MONTHS. STAY AT THE VICTORIA OR MANOR. STAYING IN TOWN BETTER AS CAN WALK TO WENDOUREE TEA ROOMS OR BAKERY FOR FOOD OPTIONS. CURRENTLY ONLY VICTORIA HOTEL OPEN FOR DRINKS AND FOOD IN THE EVENING.

A warning to anyone booking online. When you arrive there is no-one there to meet you even though we had nominated an arrival time. There are signs on the door, open for accommodation only with a phone number to call to check in. Called the number several times, left messages - no response. As it was getting later in the day and we had nowhere to stay we phoned around and luckily managed to get the last room available at The Manor. Called into Freemasons again later that evening, still no one around. Called again the next morning still no one around and still not answering their calls. Finally got a message back saying we will be refunded - still waiting for our refund.

Met on arrival to be given our room key and shown the outside toilets and shower area designated for guests One working toilet for females - only on our request he unlocked a door downstairs which had 2 more toilets for females These areas were open day and night which was open to anyone off the street to enter Did not see any staff on site after that initial meeting Lack of security and cleanliness through the whole hotel

Popped in for a reasonably late lunch with the family today, about 2 mins before the kitchen closed! Staff were awesome enough to keep it open and provided a lovely meal with very generous serves alround. Also found their drink prices reasonable. Recommend the local Coorinji Fine Old Tawny...nice drop, get the flagon!
