Charging for a simple towel to go to the pool. Coffee doesn't taste good. Room service only change towels. Boring place.

We loved our stay at La Tonnara di Bonagia! We came with three small children and had a very comfortable apartment with a separate room for the kids. The pool area is beautiful and has a nice cafe. We absolutely loved Ms. Tiffany at the mini club, she organized games for the children at the pool, art activities, and led a fantastic mini disco for kids every night. My kids adored her! It’s a great environment for families and for kids to make friends.

Went with a solo group with Newmarket holidays. Lovely hotel when you get your head around the rustic decoration (and not the modern rooms on the website). Set in an old tuna factory, it has an unusual vibe. But it is lovely, the staff are helpful, the rooms are clean, and cleaned every day and the air con worked! The pool area is charming with lots of sun beds and beautiful views. There isn't much in the village itself, just a little fishing harbour.

Stayed here with holiday booked via Newmarket Holidays. The resort was in the middle of nowhere with a supermarket within a 10 minute walk. Very little else Although I had a room booked , was allocated an apartment. No safe and when I asked at reception there was no room in their safe - and this was not in High Season!! Wifi poor. No tea or coffee making facilities.Food ok and plentiful.

Not worth the money!!! The aesthetics of the accommodation and our room is nice enough however, the aircon didn’t work properly so the room was roasting at night. coffee machine and kettle provided in the room with a note advising you get 2 free coffee pods and thereafter you have to pay for the coffee pods. NO complementary water or any water provided in the rooms at all. For the money paid it is definitely NOT worth it. Our room has very thin walls and could hear ever bit is noise from the rooms next door, including their voices. They advertise FREE WIFI but the WIFI didn’t work throughout our stay. When we asked about the WIFI they advised it wasn’t working and couldn’t tell us Anything more. Food wise - breakfast was included in our room rate. Not an overly great choice / selections. They had no almond or soy milk. And coffee was from one a self service machine. Staff need to work on this customer service skills everyone always looked miserable and unhappy to be there. The only really nice thing I can say is that the pool area was nice. Overall so disappointed.

HORRIBLE RESORT!!!! ABSOLUTELY NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!!!! The room was full of mold and the bathroom was very old and stinky! After a room change the smell in the bathroom was even worse ,we paid a lot of money to get a very poor treatment. Outside there was a very bed smell and the patio of the hotel was full of stray cats.... Beside the hotel there is absolutely nothing in the area....really an horrible place!

This is the worst hotel I have ever had. To begin this is not a 4 star hotel! The bathroom was so old and dirty and smell like dead fisch. The courtains in our room were broken and we could not open the window (very claustrophobic). The airco did not worked optimal and the horrible guy that sang every night to entertain the customers could really not sing good! In one word this is a horrible hotel that cost a lot of money but I have staid in 3 stars hotel that where much much much better of this
