環境不錯，親子活動豐富，小朋友挺喜歡的，梅花鹿，羊駝，綿羊，浣熊，騎馬，划船，都是孩子的最愛，旁邊還有天門洞，玻璃棧道等設施。

306房間有衹小老鼠 一晚上出來多次刨袋子…中間為了找到他對眼2次，一晚上沒睡好 反映了問題 也沒有積極處理的過程
遊玩項目真的平平 只有動物互動值回一點 對小朋友來説工作人員很親和
雖説節假日較忙 2點入住，2點半都未收拾好房間房間空調也無法調整 這個天氣又熱又幹 地上很多毛絮灰塵結團，鼻炎都犯了
小西湖就一小湖泊…園內唯一一家酒店 1600性價比確實不高

我給這個酒店5分，但是我想在後麪提一點意見。這個地方很適合兩天一夜的親子活動，有山有水活動也安排得滿滿，孩子的體驗感非常好，距離桐梓東站也只有幾公里很方便。來之前是臨時決定的，之前也沒細看，還是有一些驚喜。管家服務很好很細緻，升房之後景緻不錯，免費臨時迷你吧深得小朋友的歡心。管家荔枝能在退房前主動發送商務車司機的電話給我，説明她細心記錄了兩天前我的詢問。
好地方不多説，我説説這個酒店作為這個價位還可以做的更好的地方。作為親子酒店，異性家長在房間沒有洗澡後換衣服的地方，可以説完全無遮擋，如果有個簾子會更好。淋浴間門欄沒有抬高，水會漏出來，門口放了地巾的話無法開門會卡住。餐廳有一些蒼蠅應該放置一些紫外燈，有一道菜裏吃出了蒼蠅，餐廳沒有任何主動的歉意，一缽米飯28確實有點離譜。早餐麪包前有黃油刀沒有黃油，薯條前沒有番茄醬，這些都是我們和其他家長主動詢問後補上。

我一般都不評論的，但這趟旅程我很滿意，滿意的要讓大家都知道。衹住了一晚，第一天中午1點到的，第二天中午一點走的，期間很充實，畫扇子，粘土，做手工，餵動物，遊湖，夜觀昆蟲，第二天早上景區探險，玻璃棧道，爬的我腿抖，還去了孔雀園，撿了好多孔雀翎，小朋友都興致勃勃，感覺時間都沒有被浪費。酒店的小哥哥小姐姐們都很好，自動售賣機買的可樂打開就噴了，小哥哥還幫我重新換了一瓶冰鎮的。還幫我把房間延到了一點。零食大禮包，盲盒禮物，萌寵互動，這回小朋友玩的很開心。

優點：我們訂了三間，榻榻米大床確實舒服，酒店也比較乾淨，服務也比較好
缺點：跟真正的親子主題，還有很長一段路要走，引導和組織不是很好，沒有氛圍也沒有多重視，真正的親子活動，如果安排好了，很多人願意多住兩天的，比如海南的天域啊亞特蘭蒂斯啊，雲南的海豚灣啊，我們三個房間4590元，不是很值得起

房間超級大，超大的電視還充了小童會員，入住送了一筐零食和飲料，配有小童洗漱用品和拖鞋，非常貼心。酒店晚上的夜觀昆蟲，早餐和小動物互動，爬山活動小朋友都很喜歡。別有洞天的景區，很喜歡這裏。

客觀説一下，我衹能説被**騙了，上面推給我看上去好多動物可以喂，結果全是人圍着幾衹，然後只有早餐可以互動，但是一種動物衹可以互動10分鐘，特別特別超級臟，又臭。一來就説下午有打水仗，結果！？水到大人大腿上面，小孩不注意可以嗆水，給你一個勺子撈魚，我確實不明白這麼臭的水為什麼這麼深！撈魚淺一點不行嗎，臭水打水仗？什麼設計，如果你想要漁網給錢10塊一個，親子房也算最貴的房間了吧，大廳電梯旁邊吵死了，最貴的房間最吵，睡覺全靠客人素質，沒素質大聲説話，各種打鬧，睡著了也能讓你精神百倍，然後洗澡的花灑不能開大小，是那種很急的花灑，沖得我好難受，小孩洗澡一直哭，我確實孤陋寡聞，水沒有大小開關，親子房的上下床能信嗎，垂直於地面的樓梯，大人都怕爬上去，太可怕嗎了，我沒注意小孩爬一半就摔下來了，我真的嚇死，還有冰箱一晚上那個燈亮着對着床，不能關。還有清潔真的很差啊，我都不知道做的什麼！！？我真的沒看出來做過清潔啊，我還在其他評論看到過這種情況，我還在三打了招呼的，並沒用，我真的驚呆，一個偏僻的我想點外賣都點不了的，什麼細節都沒有做好的，能收2000一晚上，都花在廣告費了吧，附近也沒玩的啊，天啊‼️我還定了2晚上，還定了2間，我真是個大冤種。退也退不了，反應了一下，6000多，退了他們與攜程之間的差價幾百塊錢。

就價位來説，性價比不高，1600多，在哪裡都可以住5星酒店了，這裏裝修、風景、設施都值不了這個價。似乎親子活動都有，又做的不是很有亮點，比較亮點的是早餐時餵動物。景區很小，酒店沒有專門的停車位，就是路邊自己找，如果路太遠的專門來，就不是很推薦。

雖然價格在這個地方算貴，但是作為親子度假酒店真的超值！首先風景漂亮房間大環境好，其次體驗感滿分基本上活動全包了，酒店包括浴缸套+小童拖鞋+小童洗漱用品+小童零食全套都有，零食豐富又好吃！想躺平就參加酒店活動，想遛娃就去小西湖景區天門洞裏面爬山（門票含了）。早餐的時候梅花鹿互動也是發了胡蘿蔔不用單獨買，很棒！退房的時候還有退房小禮物，服務體驗滿分！
