路過桐梓暫住一晚，選擇縣城最好的酒店。鳳凰山酒店是正經掛牌四星級酒店，酒店管理到位使人驚歎在縣城還有這麼好的酒店。有很大的地下地上停車場管理的很好，房間衞生條件也不錯早餐也做的很認真菜品齊全能滿足各方面人的需求，最最值得誇讚的是價格還非常親民不到300之的價格太讚了。

酒店離桐梓東站距離很近，打車10多分鐘。房間衞生乾淨，靠近路邊但一點也不嘈雜。早餐很豐盛，青菜粥很不錯。送菜服務也很好，菜的份量巨大。唯一不足的就是有人在電梯裏抽煙，附近也沒有什麼吃飯逛街的地方。

酒店環境還不錯，附近有吃的，有停車場方便自己開車的朋友停車，到小西湖景區和黔北在海都很近，房間寬敝。

看到網上評分不太高，訂都時候還有點忐忑。不過入住後覺得選擇沒錯。房間寬敞，設施挺好，服務不錯，我最關心的衞生也挺好。挺滿意的。

寫的是14點可以入住，帶着小孩14點左右到前台辦理入住，告知房間還在打掃，要等10分鐘，結果最終等到14：45才拿到房卡，應該算當天最早到的，卻先安排的最差的23樓房間，窗户根本不是圖片上的落地窗，遮擋了大半窗户衹有一個小窗，而且辦理入住時親眼看到有兩家分別帶了兩條狗上電梯進房間，不知是否允許了可以帶寵物，這點很不滿意

酒店處理問題的態度極差，首先物品在入住期間被保潔員錯誤地收走了，聯繫保潔尋找直到退房沒有一個答覆，然後在半個月內聯繫了幾次前台統統沒有一點答覆，衹有簡單的口頭承諾沒有一點實際行動。對客人毫不負責。這種對客人不負責任不講信用的酒店絕不會第二次入住。
