很乾凈！木地板木衣櫃，好像是年輕時出差，那時需要介紹信才能住的酒店。保持着這麼乾淨不容易！門外有很充足的停車位，

第一次在通榆住宿，入住美苑酒店。房間夠大氣，寬敞明亮，窗外是一個很大的平台，一樓帶小院的感覺。床品乾淨，枕頭有煙味，對於不吸煙的人衞生體驗打了折扣。前台會收50按金，退房時驗房退押，感覺小別扭。畢竟不是連鎖酒店，也能理解。其他都蠻好。

酒店位置不錯，外面停車場很大，房間也不錯，衹是設施有點老化，比如浴室花灑有點不好使。總的還是很不錯的
