미국서 여행나온 언니동생부부와 함께한 전주ㆍ여수ㆍ통영 여행중 통영서 패밀리룸으로 선택했는데.. 연휴기간이라 룸을 찾기 힘들었던터라 가격이 조금 비싼편이지만 하루만 숙박했는데.. 오션뷰는 좋았지만 내부 룸시설도 이부자리도 좀 불편했어요.. 그래도 괜찮았어요~

바다 옆 리조트로 인해 시야가 트이는게 좋았으며, 근처 루지등 관광명소가 가까움.
또한 체크아웃시간이 여유가 있어 아이들이 있을 경우에는 아침에 여유로움.
다만, 주변이 다 리조트로 인해 주차가 공간이 많음에도 늦은 시간에 체크인을 할 경우 주차공간이 협소하였으며
조식이 제공되지 않아 아침을 드셔야 하는 부모님을 모시고 갈 경우에는 인근 식당을 같이 확인해야 함.

새로 리모델링 해서 깔끔했어요 시설면에서 화장실도 그렇고 깔끔했고 바다뷰에 좋은 가격에 잘 머물렀습니다.

호텔 위치나 시설은 만족스러웠습니다.
다만 지배인님 태도가 매우 불만족스러웠습니다.
이마트 24시에서 당일 구매한 내역 환불도 본인이 포스기를 확인 못해서 어렵고...예약한 이름도 못찾아서 결국 고객센터에 연락했습니다. 예약 번호도 못찾고 고객센터에서 긴 번호 주셨는데 이런 예약건은 한번도 없었다고만 고래고래 소리지르셔서.....전 서비스 만족도가 너무 떨어져서 재방문은 좀 어려울것같아요!
