We stayed for one night and were lucky to have booked the corner room with a beautiful wide view over the Tongyeong harbour area. Parking lot las full upon arrival but the hotel offers valet parking which is comfortable. The room and bathroom is clean and tidy. The bathroom had a nice corner bathtub. The breakfast was served by a friendly employee but the food had to be taken to our room and consumed there which was somewhat odd and cumbersome. I didn't like that when room cleaning was taking part next day, old towels, clothes and cleaning material where spread out all over the corridor. The roof terrace could offer a nice view but it is dirty, abandoned and full of hotel stuff and is generally not considered to be visited.

At first, I was confused because the exterior looked a bit old, but the interior was clean and spacious enough for a one-night stay alone!!
I was planning to take a boat to the island the next day, so I chose this place, which is close to the Tongyeong Port ferry terminal. The location was great, and I could walk to other tourist attractions (Seopirang, Dongpirang, Jungang Market, Gangguan, etc.), so I think I had a great stay for the price!
There were two tables and comfortable chairs inside, and there was also Netflix, so it was perfect to have some raw fish to-go from Jungang Market and watch Netflix at the accommodation!

The parking lot is too small, so you have to park on the street. The rooms are shabby, dark, and dingy. The bathroom is worse than a home. Breakfast is just one slice of bread, one egg, and a cup of coffee, which you have to take to your room and eat, but it's so bad that you can't eat it. It's called a hotel, but the interior is worse than a motel. I don't recommend it.

It is a bit inconvenient by public transportation (6 minutes walk to the bus stop). Since it is an old building, you can't expect the latest facilities, but the ocean view was good.
Breakfast was freshly baked toast (1 sheet) by the staff, served with strawberry jam + butter + coffee, which was clean and delicious.
I think it is good value for money, and I would visit again under the same conditions.

The location is perfect for taking a boat to the island. There are a lot of good restaurants near Seoho Market, and it was easy to walk to everything. The room was clean and had a bathtub, which was nice.
