Outstanding experience! What looked like a typical old town felt more like a Spa resort. We checked in at the Wuzhen area gate, the precess was very quick, after that a bus took us to the hotel. It was an old-looking building with modern commodities. Very warm (even in December) and very clean. Fangdong was very helpful and friendly, he helped with the luggage and made a tasty breakfast in the morning. The next day he helped to arrange our bags to be sent to the check-in area and we were enjoying our time free of worries (and heavy things). Since it was Christmas eve, the area had Christmas decorations and we were gifted with traditional apples. All this small actions added to our fascination of the beauty of Wuzhen. 11 out of 10! I wolf recommend this experience to everybody to enjoy at least once in a lifetime!

Because the temperature in Wuzhen was below zero at that time, I thought it would be very cold when I first checked into the hotel. Unexpectedly, the air conditioning was good. After staying for three days in a row, the room felt very warm. After staying outside for a long time, I wanted to go back to my hotel room to escape the cold. Wuzhen Tong'an Inn is located in Wuzhen West Scenaric Area. Very convenient location. Decoration theme of the lobby made me felt like I stayed in the ancient house. Facility in room is very good. There is no elevator but hotel staffs helps carried my luggage to my room. Staffs were nice with good service mind but none of them can speak English and I have to use Baidu and Google Translation to talk with them. There are various food for breakfast and the taste is very OK.

The room is quite spacious, and the window is right on the street. The lights are very beautiful at night. I like it very much. I envy the people living nearby. It is very lively and smoky. If you don't have enough mineral water at night, ask the lady at the front desk to provide it. There was a problem with turning on the TV when we checked in. The handsome guy at the front desk came up to help solve the problem gently and patiently. The children were very happy to have TV to watch. The hotel is right at the entrance of the scenic spot, which is very convenient.

The air conditioner is warm, the toilet is hot, and the weather is cold. The room is large and has hot water, making it a comfortable stay. The disadvantage is that there is no rack to hang towels in the bathroom. However, the price of just over 100 can be ignored. We had breakfast at a nearby restaurant owned by Jiangxi people, and the noodles were pretty good. This street covers a radius of two kilometers with Wuzhen as the center. There are so many places to stay, eat and rent Hanfu.

I had a great experience staying in this room also only 1 night.. The girl at the front desk were nice and friendly and the owner gave me discount 20% when had lunch or dinner. The room was clean, the hotel is facing the street but it's not loud at night. It is so quite. The wifi worked smoothly. You only need to walk for 5 minutes to Wuzhen and XiXia. Perfect place to have a relaxing moment after a big day of walking around Wuzhen, Xixia and DongXia. There are always many restaurants, small shop and coffee or milk tea places around the hotel.
