Outstanding experience! What looked like a typical old town felt more like a Spa resort. We checked in at the Wuzhen area gate, the precess was very quick, after that a bus took us to the hotel. It was an old-looking building with modern commodities. Very warm (even in December) and very clean. Fangdong was very helpful and friendly, he helped with the luggage and made a tasty breakfast in the morning. The next day he helped to arrange our bags to be sent to the check-in area and we were enjoying our time free of worries (and heavy things). Since it was Christmas eve, the area had Christmas decorations and we were gifted with traditional apples. All this small actions added to our fascination of the beauty of Wuzhen. 11 out of 10! I wolf recommend this experience to everybody to enjoy at least once in a lifetime!

Wuzhen Tong'an Inn is located in Wuzhen West Scenaric Area. Very convenient location. Decoration theme of the lobby made me felt like I stayed in the ancient house. Facility in room is very good. There is no elevator but hotel staffs helps carried my luggage to my room. Staffs were nice with good service mind but none of them can speak English and I have to use Baidu and Google Translation to talk with them. There are various food for breakfast and the taste is very OK.

The rooms are divided into Building A and Building B. The business room in Building B is larger and the toilet is larger. The service was good, and the children were given a breakfast. Parking is also convenient, with an underground garage.

I suggest you eat in Wuzhen to save trouble.

I booked a family room. The room was very large and the hotel was well designed in a modern and simple style. There was insufficient heating and water for bathing in winter. Still very satisfied in other aspects. The boss provided travel suggestions. We first visited Nanxun Ancient Town and then Wuzhen. The one-day itinerary was well arranged. There is a restaurant opened by the owner opposite, which tastes good and is reasonably priced!

The disadvantage is that there is no rack to hang towels in the bathroom. However, the price of just over 100 can be ignored. We had breakfast at a nearby restaurant owned by Jiangxi people, and the noodles were pretty good. This street covers a radius of two kilometers with Wuzhen as the center. There are so many places to stay, eat and rent Hanfu.
