The quality of the breakfast is also good. 👌🏻Environment: I came to Tongxiang on Saturdays and Sundays. This hotel is right next to the high-speed rail station. It can be reached in five or six minutes on foot. There are not many people in the hotel. The only drawback is that when I fall asleep at 12 o'clock in the evening, I can occasionally hear the sound from downstairs. After the noise of the big car's horn, the sound insulation is average. In addition, the heating in the room is too strong and stuffy in winter. Even if the temperature control is turned off, the temperature does not drop for a long time, which is not a good experience.

Two couples with one order, the room given to us was not even together. One is a detached house, and the other is a two-bedroom type that needs to share the same hall with others. Outstanding experience! What looked like a typical old town felt more like a Spa resort. We checked in at the Wuzhen area gate, the precess was very quick, after that a bus took us to the hotel. It was an old-looking building with modern commodities. Very warm (even in December) and very clean. Fangdong was very helpful and friendly, he helped with the luggage and made a tasty breakfast in the morning. The next day he helped to arrange our bags to be sent to the check-in area and we were enjoying our time free of worries (and heavy things). Since it was Christmas eve, the area had Christmas decorations and we were gifted with traditional apples. All this small actions added to our fascination of the beauty of Wuzhen. 11 out of 10! I wolf recommend this experience to everybody to enjoy at least once in a lifetime!

The second time I came to Xizha, the service was still excellent. Xiaodai started communicating and sending parking location one day in advance. When we arrived, Xiao Dai and his son picked us up in the parking lot and took the battery car to the hotel. Our room was also upgraded and the two rooms were put together. The hotel made thoughtful arrangements for us. The minibar in the room is free, and there are fruits and sister-in-law cakes. The bed is big and comfortable. From the moment I arrived the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the front desk staff. I was really enjoying the warm welcome drinks, fresh pear juice provided by the check-in lobby. In particular, thanks to Sherry, the receptionist, who contacted me in advance before my arrival and kindly reminded me that thick clothes need to be prepared for the local cooling. The concierge took the initiative to help me bring my luggage to the room and personally guided me to the room, they gave a detailed introduction of the hotel facilities and dining outlets. I was greatly moved and surprised by the exquisite welcome amenity prepared on the table in the room. There are delicate and delicious macarons, fresh fruit plates prepared with care, a bottle of fine red wine, afternoon patisserie with Zhejiang characteristics, and even a welcome letter handwritten by General Manager Nick. There is a standing performance of Filipino band in the bar at night. The service provided by the band was very good. They cared about each guest on the scene and asked each guest what song they wanted to listen to in a friendly and warm manner. I was really immersed in relaxing and drinking there. The breakfast in the hotel is well-done. The food quality and taste are very good. The breakfast choices are very rich. The only disadvantage is that the skin of shrimp dumplings is too thick. Alex, the Director of Food and Beverage, actively inquired about our stay experience and personally served us with care. The service was very good. He knew that we felt too hot when sitting outdoors and quickly helped us transfer to the indoor table near the window. When I was checking out, the front desk staff treated us warmly as always, and gave me a sleeping pillow spray and a wash and care package as a parting gift, which greatly moved me again. Compared to the next hotels I stayed in on this trip, the hotel that impressed me the most was definitely the Alila Hotel, with its superb service.

Hotel is quite a decent option outside the wuzhen scenic park ( just 8min walk), room is spacious and but fridge in room is not cold enough and somehow the room aircon was not functioning normal, turn on to cold mode but somehow was in warm mode, while the warm mode was the cold, which made our first night was suffering from sweat in the bed. Shower room has water stain as seen in photo, Factilies are good and have 3 sets washer and dryer available, breakfast place is good but food is normal, don't expect too much though. Front desk and hotline service is normal and couldn't feel much of their passion. But generally the hotel is a good option for staying in wuzhen if you are looking for chain brand and newer hotel.

Wuzhen Tong'an Inn is located in Wuzhen West Scenaric Area. Very convenient location. Decoration theme of the lobby made me felt like I stayed in the ancient house. Facility in room is very good. There is no elevator but hotel staffs helps carried my luggage to my room. Staffs were nice with good service mind but none of them can speak English and I have to use Baidu and Google Translation to talk with them. There are various food for breakfast and the taste is very OK.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel is located is in a quiet area within walking distance of several bus lines and both east and west Wuzhen. The receptionists are very kind and try their best to communicate with non Chinese speakers. My room was very spacious and clean and wonderfully decorated. This hotel was very overall excellent. 我在这里过得很愉快。酒店位于一个安静的区域，步行即可到达乌镇东、西两条公交线路。接待员很和蔼，尽量和不会说中文的人交流。我的房间很宽敞，干净，装饰得很好。这家旅馆总体上非常好。

This road is very convenient for eating on Ciyun Road. There are all kinds of restaurants and supermarkets. It is also very close to the Xizha Scenic Area. It takes only five minutes to walk to the Xizha Scenic Area. The entrance is the south gate of the Xizha Scenic Area. . One thing to say, the night view of Wuzhen is really beautiful. Wuzhen’s scenic spot management is also very good. The room we lived in was very comfortable, and the service was very warm. Take a pair of slippers, adjust the TV, water temperature, etc., and respond immediately. I am very patient. I upgraded to an executive room and I really like this room type. The bathroom, bedroom, workbench and wardrobe areas are separated just right so that they don't interfere with each other. Although the room is a little noisy because it's next to the road, I slept well because of the good bedding. The toiletries are all citrus-scented and the bathtub smells great. Bubbles are also very good
