Hotels in West Gate/Wu Village, Tongxiang

Very modern and new hotel, spacious and clean room with a good view, best amenities and facilities. A wide spread of breakfast buffet. Hotel staff and friendly and helpful. Very good staying experience ever.

The hotel is very good and I will come here often in the future. It is very suitable for children. The room is large, the facilities are good, and the bedding is comfortable. Whether it is breakfast or other restaurants in the village, the food is very good. There are many activities for children, and the service is very detailed and the response is very timely. The hotel has a shuttle bus to various places in Wu Village, and it can also go to Dongxizha, which is very convenient. I originally stayed for one night and went to other places, but later changed my itinerary to stay for another night. It was really a good experience.

Worth the trip although the location was quite far away from the train station (about 1.5 hours by bus). The rooms were randomly selected, but was surprised by the home stay owner’s hot soup (picture 2) when we arrived . Had breakfast at the home stay, super filling with variety.

The hotel room is clean and spacious. Hotel staff are friendly and provide good service. This is my first time travel to China, and this is the first hotel I had stayed in China. I’m impressed with this experience.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit the Wuzhen historical site. The facilities are top-notch, and the rooms are well-maintained. The breakfast options are excellent. The hotel is located in a quiet area within the historical district, offering beautiful scenery. This allows you to enjoy a peaceful morning inside the historical district. While it is not the cheapest option in the area, it is definitely worth the price.

Though located at the quieter part of Xiza Wuzhen, we like the peacefulness and calm at night. The luggages were transported to the hotel after check-in at the main tourist centre. We explored in the day before picking up the luggages at the lobby at night. The hotel's breakfast was at ZhenShui hotel 100m away. It was a great breakfast with a variety of food. I think it is better to eat there than at the popular ZaoChaKe where you can pay on your own to try the traditional breakfast just for experience. Overall, nice stay, warm hospitality.

Its our 2nd time in Wuzhen, so we prefer staying a night is the best way or the only way for tourist to enjoy wonders of Wuzhen Watertown. This hotel is located inside the watertown so you have the privilege to roam till late and as early in the morning. Since its our first time staying in the hotel, we are not aware that the hotel has 2 entrances. We checked in at the common area, while our luggages will be transported to our designated hotels, since we only had a day to explore, without dropping to our hotel we go straight to the West part of Wuzhen water town. This time we almost finish the whole area, and we felt so amazed with bands singing inside restaurants, and it turned out so well. During the day, you can enjoy the old stone alley. We stayed in East gate, one unit has 3 rooms, 1 on the 1st floor (which we had), while 2 more rooms upstairs. Ground floor has a common area for morning tea time. We choose the lower ground since it has balcony overlooking a part of the watertown. While for the room, definitely its expected to be old style, but its clean, with typical Chinese decor of 4 posts bed frame, which practically makes the room a bit crowded. Breakfast is typical buffet type, good taste. Servers are very efficient, since guests coming in continuously. They're so attentive as soon as you finished your food, they'll surely cleans your plate out. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

I booked last minute but I was so so lucky to book this hotel. The staff were all so nice and friendly, even they cannot speak English but they were always willing to help me anytime. The location is super good, just 5 steps to the town. The room is nice, they even get the water purifier machine - which I was so suprised. The smell like tea too. Very cosy and friendly - it's 100% worth for the price. I definitely book again for my next trip

Satisfaction with Wuzhen started with Hengyitang. My father is the one who refuses to travel the most. The biggest reason is that he doesn't sleep well every time he goes out. He slept very soundly in Hengyitang for 2 days this time. The bed is very heavy and the bedding is very good. The handsome guy who received us is called Fan Jiahui. He was very considerate and responsive during the stay. I like Hengyitang's management system. I enjoyed the boat ride when I entered the scenic area, the stewed pears for afternoon tea in the hotel, and breakfast was also a highlight. They have integrated health preservation into the details of life. At least the catering is very healthy. There are many choices for breakfast, and the ingredients are also very good. It is much better than the super 5-star buffet. I like this hotel and will definitely stay here again. Thank you Hengyitang for giving the whole family a considerate Wuzhen experience, just like going home.

The hotel is situated in a classic scholar garden. It's a bit far away from the entrance but free shuttles offer excellent way getting in and out the hotel. The surrounding is very quiet and away from major tourist traffic. The hotel is right by a classy covered bridge and near the canal so it's nice to walk to that side. We have traveled the world staying in many luxury hotels but Eden Club House offered the best service we've received. XiaoJin小金 and team picked us up from the entrance, arranged luggage to be transferred to the hotel and back to the entrance on the departing date. I like Eden Club working with the nearby large hotel to offer the swimming pool options. We enjoyed the infinity pool a lot. We appreciated hotel staff toured us around that lively riverbank area. My girls loved the free fish food offered by the hotel, just one of many examples that the hotel service team went above and beyond to increase customer satisfaction.
