We stayed at homestay No.17, everything was so good. Very welcoming host, friendly, warm and helpful. The room is clean, cozy, fully equipped for basic needs. Our room has the town view which is so poetic and dreamy, breakfast area has river view (so beautiful and tranquil) 10/10 experience, gonna miss Wuzhen much.

1. **Check-in Process**: Check-in was done via a self-service kiosk, with staff assistance available. We were informed about the 'Morning Tea Cruise' details and booking method. Unfortunately, there were no spots left for the next day's cruise when we checked in, so I had to book it myself later through the mini-program. 2. **Breakfast**: * We booked the 588 RMB 'Breakfast Cruise'. I later found out from the inn's promotional material that this package includes xiaolongbao (soup dumplings), but these were not served during our actual meal. * The inn's breakfast is a buffet. While the variety wasn't extensive, each of us found dishes we liked. The food was replenished promptly and in ample quantities. The children's breakfast costs about 45 RMB per person, which is decent value for money. 3. **Room Experience**: * The twin beds were moderately firm and could be combined. When combined, it was suitable for a family of three (including a 13-year-old child). When separated, a single bed felt a bit small and cramped for two people. * Our room was located near the end of the corridor in Building 1. Initially, entering through the main gate required a long walk. After asking a staff member, we learned about a back entrance, which is conveniently located next to the Water Pavilion Restaurant (making dining easy) and offered much quicker access. * There were very few places to hang wet clothes (like underwear) in the room. The bathroom had no suitable hanging area, and wet clothes couldn't be put into the wardrobe, which was a clear drawback. I didn't confirm if the inn has a laundry room and did not use any related facilities. 4. **Price and Value for Money**: We stayed for 3 nights, averaging 1908 RMB per night. Initially, I thought the holiday price was a bit steep, but our experience after checking in was satisfactory. Compared to the inn's rooms with balconies, I believe the standard twin room offers better value for money, and a price increase during holidays is to be expected. 5. **Service Highlight**: During our stay, the inn proactively provided a plate of fruit every day. This thoughtful detail enhanced our overall positive impression. 6. **Location and Additional Experience**: * The inn is close to the 'Morning Tea Cruise' area, allowing for a scenic walk in the morning (fewer people early on, making it ideal for photos) before returning for a meal. The water in Wuzhen is quite clean. * The advantage of the 'Breakfast Cruise' is that you can enjoy the meal while cruising, avoiding the long queues that can occur during holidays. 7. **Nearby Dining**: There are several restaurants close to the inn, offering a good variety of dining options within easy reach.

Our experience was flawless, a testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence. Our personal butler, 半夏 (Banxia), was the cornerstone of our exceptional stay. She met us promptly at the customer service center and whisked us away on a scenic boat ride directly to the hotel – a truly magical start. Banxia anticipated our every need, managing every detail from A to Z with remarkable grace and efficiency. Her attentiveness ensured our complete comfort and allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the experience. The arrival and check-in process were so seamless, it felt like a dream. We were effortlessly guided to our room, a sanctuary that surpassed all expectations. Describing the room in words simply wouldn't do it justice – it was a masterpiece of design and comfort. While Hengyitang Health Centre is undoubtedly a premium experience, the impeccable service, breathtaking ambiance, and meticulous attention to detail make it worth every penny. If you seek a tranquil escape where every need is catered to with effortless grace, look no further than Hengyitang Health Centre. This is an investment in unparalleled relaxation and rejuvenation.

The hotel is located within a scenic area, offering a beautiful and quiet environment. We were upgraded to a suite with a view of a small bridge outside the window. True to its name, 'Pillow Water' (枕水) perfectly captures the essence. The ancient town has a distinct charm. Our hotel butler, Xiao Shi, was truly exceptional. From greeting us in the lobby, guiding us, assisting with check-in, dining, attractions, parking, and everything in between, she demonstrated impeccable, meticulous service. A big thumbs up to Xiao Shi! 👍👍👍 The hotel's breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh ingredients. Definitely worth trying. This hotel met all my ideals for travel accommodation. If I had to 'nitpick,' there are two minor points: 1. **Noise in the corridor in the morning**: There were two main sources of noise: guests talking loudly and the clatter of cleaning equipment. We are sound sleepers, so it didn't bother us, but it could affect guests with lighter sleep and potentially harm the hotel's reputation. * **Proposed solution a)**: To address guest noise, I suggest adding colorful laser projections on the floor at a few points along the corridor, displaying phrases like 'Please keep quiet' or more humanized messages to gently remind guests. The projections should rotate on the floor to better catch attention (I don't recommend putting signs on the wall, as guests usually don't actively look at them). * **Proposed solution b)**: The cleaning equipment noise, mainly from mop handles dropping or tools clanking, indicates a need for improved management and supervision. 2. **Toilet paper dispenser position**: The toilet paper dispenser, especially the lower one, was placed too low, making it inconvenient to reach and allowing the paper to easily touch the wall base and get soiled. * **Suggestion**: For now, it can remain as is, but in the future, consider installing a toilet paper holder at an appropriate height on the wall to make it easier to access and prevent contamination. My 'nitpicking' is solely to help the hotel improve and wish it even greater success in the future.

The room was exactly as depicted in the photos – my meticulous choice was well worth it! The ambiance is refined and peaceful, the exterior boasts a quaint, rustic charm, and the interior reveals a timeless appeal. The moment you open the main door, you're greeted with a direct view of the scenic area – truly unbeatable value for money! Wuzhen Scenic Area absolutely lives up to its reputation as a world-class destination; every aspect is incredibly well-developed and sophisticated! All establishments within the scenic area, including this hotel, operate under unified management, with transparent and fair pricing. The service is exceptionally professional: from the moment you step into the service center through check-in, and even for guidance on exploring the area and finding local specialties, dedicated staff are on hand to assist, so you don't have to worry about a thing. Staying within the scenic area offers numerous advantages: entrance tickets, shuttle buses, traditional sculling boat rides, and breakfast are all complimentary! I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Had a wonderful stay. The hotel is perfectly located inside the Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area. I booked a package online which included breakfast, accommodation, entrance tickets, and shuttle transfers. Upon arrival at the reception hall, showing our booking quickly sorted out our tickets. We then took the scenic area shuttle directly to the hotel, marking the start of a fantastic trip. The hotel lobby is both grand and elegantly classic, and the hotel itself is quietly nestled in one of the best spots within the scenic area. The staff verified our identities, which meant we could freely enter and exit the scenic area throughout our stay. With our access cards, we could hop on a shuttle anytime, as the hotel even serves as a convenient shuttle stop. Our room was spacious and well-appointed. Looking out the window, we had a lovely view of a lotus pond, adorned with lotus leaves, scattered flowers, and various lotus pods. It was incredibly relaxing. The L'Occitane toiletries were a delightful touch. The only minor drawback was the air conditioning; it was quite noisy, even on the lowest setting. This is definitely something that needs attention. Breakfast was a definite highlight. We enjoyed leisurely sampling a wide variety of local specialties. Guests also have the option to book the scenic area's special 'zaochake' (morning tea) if available. But even without it, the hotel's breakfast spread is incredibly rich and satisfying. Overall, it's an ideal choice for families traveling with both young children and seniors.

The rooms are equipped with mattresses and pillows whose firmness can be adjusted. Even my mom, with her notoriously finicky neck, slept soundly all night! The breakfast spread was not just plentiful but utterly delightful, offering everything from Chinese dim sum to Western pastries—starting the day with such a meal felt truly therapeutic! The hotel boasts a superb location—tucked away in the most secluded part of Xizha Scenic Area, offering both privacy and tranquility, yet remarkably convenient. A complimentary on-demand shuttle service is available to all scenic spots. The stunning infinity pool was a huge hit with the kids, who had an absolute blast; from the poolside, you can watch boats drift by on the river, a scene as picturesque as an ink wash painting. This hotel genuinely hits all the right notes for families traveling with children! The service was excellent. The staff at the front desk even helped carry our luggage and personally escorted us to our room upon check-in. They always greeted us warmly whenever we encountered them. The hotel's environment was lovely. I was particularly relieved not to find any bugs or mosquitoes, as I'm always a bit concerned about insects when staying in water towns. The room also thoughtfully included two hotel umbrellas. Instead of the complimentary breakfast, the hotel offered an 'early guest tea' (早客茶) service. Since the scenic area hasn't been busy lately, we could even reserve this tea as late as 4 PM. The complimentary disposable wooden comb and hair tie were both very practical. Our room was incredibly unique. The standard room was actually designed with two separate spaces, which was brilliant for privacy! Highly recommended!

This charming guesthouse far exceeded all my expectations; the entire experience was absolutely superb. Having visited Wuzhen twice before on group tours, I never truly appreciated its charm. It was only by staying here that I felt I truly experienced the essence of Wuzhen. Starting the day with a traditional morning tea, I got to savor both the tranquil and leisurely daytime atmosphere and the vibrant, bustling nights. Truly a perfect trip. **Facilities:** The family room came with two TVs, perfect for allowing adults and children to watch their own programs without bothering each other. **Environment:** Our window overlooked the lively water market and a traditional opera stage. **Service:** The front desk staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, patiently answering every question we had.

Overall, it's decent. The hotel is located right in the heart of the scenic area, with the ancient town right at your doorstep. Beyond the old, unassuming entrance, the interior decor is a world apart – quite sophisticated with large glass windows offering nice views. **Issues:** 1. **Cleanliness**: The carpet by the bed had noticeable stains, and there were dust bunnies under the bed. 2. **Service**: Overall, the service was generally alright, especially considering the price point. They offered butler service, but the quality and professionalism were just average. They simply did their basic duties; there was nothing impressive or exceptional about it. 3. For this price, I'd expect an automated toilet as standard, but unfortunately, this hotel didn't have one. 4. The hotel's own ground-floor restaurant doesn't offer priority seating for in-house guests; we had to queue just like outside visitors. Even with a reservation, we still had to wait upon arrival. This resulted in a slightly disappointing experience for in-house guests when using the hotel's own amenities.
