He said he had checked out early and said why he didn't see the room card. His tone was very bad and he suggested some training. Quite angry. 入住體驗拉滿的酒店 在這個小鎮上是最好的 服務、衞生、設施都沒的説!但是真的非常舒適且實用，像在自己家一樣舒適自在~ 體驗簡直太好了，酒店位置容易找，很乾凈，前台很好溝通 服務很好，中間出現了小插曲，孩子的手錶遺忘在房間了，前台很熱心的幫忙溝通，最後我們找到了遺落在角落的手錶，真的非常感謝，真的太好了!
