The room service staff were incredibly enthusiastic (10/10!) and very diligent; they cleaned the room immaculately. Disposable amenities were also replenished promptly every day. The front desk staff were even more welcoming and always resolved any issues we had. I'm very satisfied with this hotel. It's close to all the places I wanted to visit, and there's everything you need right outside. The specialty store across the street is also great; the owner recommended something that wasn't expensive, and their homemade flower wine is especially delicious – they even ship it!

The room was very spacious, and I got upgraded to one with a balcony. It was lovely to open the door and enjoy the autumn air, though it could get a bit noisy. The room was also very clean, and the staff were all very patient. It's incredibly close to the scenic area, just a short walk away. Overall, it was excellent value for money.
Hanfu experience (1 set): No one mentioned it, and I didn't take any photos.
Facilities: The room didn't have a door lock.

The hotel is very close to the scenic area, within walking distance. Parking spaces at the hotel entrance are limited, but you can park at scenic area parking lot #2 next door. They reimburse your parking fee when you check out, which is quite a thoughtful touch.

The location is great, right next to the Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area, about a five-minute walk from the main entrance. The hotel is newly renovated and the facilities are very clean. The rooms further inside are super quiet at night, and for less than 200, it's definitely amazing value for money.

The hotel service was excellent; every staff member I encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant, was very friendly. The hotel room was also very clean, and I even saw a beautiful sunset from the balcony on the day I checked in. Breakfast was a buffet with both Chinese and Western options, suitable for everyone. The hotel is very close to Xizha Gate 2, while Gate 1 is a bit of a walk.
