Yidasi is a hotel that I will continue to recommend to my friends. All the services started from the moment we arrived in Wuzhen. I would like to thank the housekeeper Yuhan for her warm, thoughtful and considerate service. She was like a friend who accompanied me at all times. The trip to Wuzhen was unforgettable.

The hotel is deep in the scenic area, with only 33 rooms. It is very quiet. I hardly saw anyone staying with me during my three-day stay. Our room was large, clean, spotless, and comfortable. The mini bar and fruits were updated every day, and the breakfast was rich. Someone contacted us one day in advance and set up a housekeeper group. Xiao Wu, Xiao Wan, and Xiao Xiong in the group responded very promptly, almost instantly, and met all kinds of small requests, such as asking for a nail clipper, helping to book a tour bus, and helping to book a daily cruise (the cruises sent by the hotel are VIP treatment, they are chartered, and the experience is great). There are many people on weekends, and they took the initiative to queue up for us to book tickets for Dongzha, which made our trip experience very fulfilling. It was my first time staying in a scenic area, and I enjoyed it very much. Thank you housekeepers. Wuzhen Scenic Area is well managed and transparent, and the tour bus masters are also very enthusiastic. I am very lucky to stay at Yida.

I have stayed in many hotels, and the service at Yida is really amazing. The butler is amiable. The hotel will contact the private butler the day before check-in to provide full service, pick-up and drop-off, help with luggage, check-in is smooth, no need to worry. Fresh fruit is delivered every day for three days. The room package I booked includes a full meal every day, a SPA and a Pingtan, and a free cruise. Because it was May Day, it was really crowded. The butler told me that there would be very few people in the morning. The air on the cruise in the morning was good and there were few people, so the experience would be much better. The breeze was blowing, not too cold or too hot, and it was really comfortable. Remember to contact the butler in advance, and she will help arrange it in advance. People can just go there directly. Before each meal, they will also help to communicate with the restaurant in advance, so that you can experience different dishes in turn. 👍 I forgot something in the restaurant because there were too many people and I didn’t want to go back to get it. The butler still helped me go and get it back to me, which was really thoughtful. During the crowded May Day, the outside was bustling. Living in Yida, I enjoyed a unique quiet space, and there wouldn’t be crowds of people when taking photos. Next time I go to Wuzhen I will still choose Yida. It is so comfortable.

I am quite satisfied with the hotel I booked this time. First of all, the environment is very good, the privacy is very good, and most importantly, the service of the staff is very good. I would like to praise the housekeeper Xiao Ran. She was very patient and serious throughout the whole process, which made our trip even better. Next time I will bring my children to stay here again. It perfectly combines the classical charm of Wuzhen with modern comfort, allowing people to deeply feel the charm of Jiangnan culture while enjoying high-quality services. There were huge crowds of people in Wuzhen during the May Day holiday, but it was a quiet place in the bustling city. There were scenic spots just outside the door. The housekeeper Xiao Wan provided considerate service. It was very pleasant to go out for boating. This is the second time I have been here, and I will come again next time.
