Environment: We arrived at the hotel at around 8pm. It was raining and the road was a bit difficult to drive. The whole hotel was very quiet. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the unique charm of the Jiangnan water town came to us. The white walls and black tiles contrasted with the green bamboo and flowers, and the stone paths were winding, like a slowly unfolding ink painting. The carefully carved garden scenery, pavilions, and gurgling waters, each of which exuded elegance and tranquility, making people instantly forget the hustle and bustle of the city. Facilities: The room layout is even more ingenious, perfectly blending simplicity with modernity. The wooden furniture exudes a natural atmosphere, the traditional Chinese window lattices and soft bedding complement each other, and are equipped with a full range of modern facilities, full of comfort. Pull open the curtains, and you can see the picturesque scenery outside the window, as if you are in a poetic dream. Service: The hotel's service is also first-class. The staff is warm and thoughtful, from checking in to introducing surrounding attractions, they all make people feel very considerate, and upgraded our room for free. Transportation: Although the hotel is excellent in all aspects, the only drawback is that for first-time guests, the road conditions to the hotel are a bit difficult to travel on rainy days, but this does not affect the overall stay experience.
