和同事出差預訂的酒店，設施都比較老舊了，浴巾都是發黃的，洗臉盆不知道上面有什麼東西，看上去很臟。房間的隔音非常差，過道聲音都能聽到，更誇張的是居然還能聽到其他房間的打呼嚕聲，能讓人好好休息嗎？

因為不止一次入住了去年也是春節在新世紀，體驗還挺不錯所以今年又提前預訂過來了，好可惜這次讓人有點失望，房間空間小也算了，冰箱居然是壞的還遺留了前面客人的飲料，衞生打掃有點馬虎，早上出門跟前台特地關照了的晚上回來老問題依舊存在，杯子沒洗，茶包也沒添，帶來一個DQ大生日蛋糕交酒店冷藏拿出來想吃時竟然已經化出水了無語😓

房間設施太老舊，一下電梯走廊的黴味撲面而來，入住一點小波折，第一個房間全是煙味，還有用過的毛巾扔在電視櫃上。電話前台要求換房間，前台很客氣還給免費升級了房型。空調真的是要命，冷風很大，一會吹一會停，都感覺有點熱了他又啟動吹很冷的風，一個晚上娃就感冒了。
現在還因為娃感冒反復發燒滯留在桐鄉
另外説一下早餐，品類少，尤其那個帶着廚師帽煮餛燉麪條的大高個，態度很差，第一次和他説要一碗餛燉的時候，他一個迴應都沒有，都不知道聽到了沒有，又説了一遍，被他翻了個白眼。去要第二碗的時候他在靠在枱子上玩手機，説了要碗餛燉，嘴裏嘀嘀咕咕，罵罵咧咧很不情願的放下手機煮起了餛燉。體驗很差吃個早餐像是去要飯的
後悔一開始選擇了老牌子的新世紀，不開心。

作為四星級酒店管理人員服務意識一點都沒有！電梯裏遇到清掃阿姨還知道問好打招呼，還很禮貌，是我再三要求讓她跟我一起乘電梯阿姨才推車進來的！管理人員就不一樣了，一個工裝穿8分褲的女領導應該是就很神氣，進電梯不問好不説，出電梯要搶在客人前面，全程沒有禮讓！夾個小本子和她一起進電梯的一個女的一直在聊天，在電梯裏喧嘩，大意是今天她要是不在客房要亂成一鍋粥！吹這個牛有什麼用，有那個經歷把四星級酒店的服務搞上去！真是讓人惱火！是因為我穿睡衣出出進進嘛，你就昂首挺胸的從我面前擠出去，什麼職業素養呀？

重新裝修過了，感覺比之前好很多，現代氣息與傳統文化相結合。總之感覺不錯，價格也很實惠。早餐也還可以，這個價位的早餐也不能要求太多了。

大晚上 住店 和前台要充電線 跟不耐煩的指了指移動充電寶 説去借那個 第二天起來發現衹充了30% 因為要住火車 衹能再借一個 白白浪費50元
