New Century Hotel

Because I stayed there more than once last year during the Spring Festival during the New Century, and the experience was quite good, I booked it in advance this year. Unfortunately, this time it was a bit disappointing. The room was small, and the refrigerator was broken and was left behind by the previous guest. Drinks and cleaning were a little sloppy. I went out in the morning and asked the front desk to take special care of me. When I came back in the evening, the old problem still existed. The cups were not washed and the tea bags were not added. I brought a big DQ birthday cake and handed it to the hotel to refrigerate and it was already there when I wanted to eat it. I am speechless😓

The room facilities are too old, and the musty smell from the elevator corridor hits your face. Checking in was a bit frustrating, the first room smelled of cigarette smoke, and there were used towels thrown on the TV cabinet. I called the front desk and asked to change rooms. The front desk was very polite and upgraded the room type for free. The air conditioner is really terrible, the cold wind is very strong, and it blows and stops for a while, and it feels a bit hot, so it starts blowing very cold wind again, and the baby caught a cold in one night. Now I am still stuck in Tongxiang because my baby has colds and fevers repeatedly. Also, let’s talk about breakfast. There are few categories, especially the tall guy wearing a chef’s hat who cooks wontons and noodles. He has a very bad attitude. The first time I asked him for a bowl of wontons and noodles, he didn’t respond at all. He didn’t even know. Did you hear it? He said it again and he rolled his eyes. When he went to ask for the second bowl, he was leaning on the counter playing with his mobile phone. He asked for a bowl of wonton stew. He muttered and cursed and reluctantly put down the phone and started cooking wonton stew. The experience was terrible. Eating breakfast felt like begging for food. I regret that I chose the old brand New Century in the first place. I am not happy.

Online order execution service is very stilted

As a four-star hotel manager, there is no sense of service at all! When I met the cleaning lady in the elevator, she knew how to say hello and was very polite. She pushed the cart in after I repeatedly asked her to take the elevator with me! It's different for managers. A female leader wearing overalls and 8-length pants should be very arrogant. She doesn't say hello when entering the elevator. She has to be ahead of the guests when exiting the elevator. There is no courtesy in the whole process! A woman who entered the elevator with her with a small book kept chatting and making noise in the elevator, to the effect that if she was not in the guest room today, there would be a mess! What's the use of bragging? With that experience, you can improve the service of a four-star hotel! How annoying! It's because I was walking around in my pajamas, and you just walked out of my way with your head held high. What kind of professionalism do you have?

環境：酒店整體環境不錯。 設施：房間裏面設施可能舊一點，但還OK了。 服務：服務還不錯，一進酒店有幫忙拖行李。第一個房間有煙味，打電話到前台之後就迅速給換了一間。 衞生：還可以。 早餐：早餐其實挺好的，煎蛋玉米油條麻團春捲蒸餃饅頭髮糕，牛奶豆漿可樂西瓜哈密瓜什麼都有。就是我們時間匆忙沒來得及好好品嚐。
