人生第一次送錦旗 國內外入住很過酒店 第一次感覺服務 性價比深得我心 感動到淚流滿面的那種 真想寫篇小作文
感動1:每次都是員工主動給我説話 主動詢問我的想法
不管是 路過還是遇見 都得到了很迅速的反饋
感動2:每一位員工 都很暖心 貼心 熱心 有愛心
感動3:帶着孩子遊玩，來不及退房，管家直接延遲退房
感動4:中午回到酒店 我把兩個孩子（1歲多和6歲多）留在餐廳 趕快去前台退房 孩子被一個餐廳員工照顧的很好 帶着圍巾 左手雞腿 右手吃蛋羹 滿桌子都是員工給我預留的午餐 真的撫慰我一個人帶娃旅遊的辛苦
感動5:入住當天是我的生日 居然給我送一個生日蛋糕 太用心
感動6:從進門開始行李都是員工幫忙拿的 每一個員工都很真誠 我真的有在家裡和家人説話的感覺
攻略1:酒店很大 可以上午辦理入住 領取手牌有效期兩天 行李放酒店前台 開啟兩天的遊玩 退房後行李也放前台 項目還可以玩 晚上離開烏村時交手牌
攻略2:酒店親子項目太多太多了 一定要做好規劃 有的放矢 關注小程序 可以知道當日和明日的親子活動 最佳住兩晚
攻略3:不懂就問 酒店有觀光車 隨叫隨到
攻略4:千萬別在西柵吃飯和零食 酒店太豐盛了 根本吃不完
攻略5:泳衣一定要帶 有小寶寶的恆温游泳池和1.2-1.4的恆温泳池

這次旅行整體體驗非常好，酒店裡村裡的每個員工都非常熱情。
一價全包，在烏村裡麪，喝咖啡，吃小吃，玩遊戲，發了一下午的呆。
特別感謝小顧，非常耐心熱情的引導，為我解答了很多顧慮。
最後希望餐廳可以出單人套餐！！！作為一個節約的人，想試試多幾個菜，但是又不想浪費，很難取捨！

除了貴一點，沒啥缺點，哈哈
酒店在烏鎮西柵景區邊上，烏村酒店和稻舍酒店都有接駁車去西柵景區，如果不從正面出去，無需辦理人臉識別，憑手環就可以
開車的話，導航烏村銷售中心，停下來後就有工作人員來主動幫忙提行李，然後坐電瓶車送到“村委會”，也就是大堂，辦理入住後要等到下午才能進房間，不過沒啥影響，可以先在前台把想參加的活動都預約一下，然後憑手環就能開始打開每一個活動啦
房間很小，真的很小，哈哈，想吐槽一下淋浴，用的不是很方便，很燙，要把龍頭往冷水方向掰過中線，還是有點燙，水也很小，最後發現要稍微用力的再打開一點，會稍微好一點，但是水量還是不大。
如果是一價全包的話，包含早中晚三餐，餐食對比之前評論裏説的，感覺要好很多（可能預期降低了，哈哈哈），還是挺豐富的，早餐的飯糰、魚片粥以及羊肉麪很推薦。中午的話個人覺得也很有特點，雖然沒有大菜，但是都是能下飯的菜，牛蛙、燴牛肉、海南雞飯、豆豉蒸排骨，都比較好吃，水果居然還有小芒果，贊。晚餐有三文魚、白灼蝦，也都很不錯，推薦推薦哦。。。
活動很豐富，早上9點到的，第二天下午玩到4點才走，足足2天安排的滿滿的，射箭、划船、釣魚、采枇杷、喂蠶寶寶、磨豆漿、做豆腐、爬樹、做蛋糕、吃吃點心、喝喝下午茶、吃吃甜品，晚上還有篝火晚會。。。。簡直玩不過來
再吐槽一個點，就是童玩中心內的遊樂設施區，感覺燈光有點昏暗，有點破落感覺，烘培教室可能因為要保證食材的關係，空調太冷，都是小朋友，天然在外面瘋的一身汗，進來做蛋糕的話，可能會着涼哦
整體還是非常非常非常不錯的，小朋友已經期盼下一次再來了

房間據説是70年代的老屋改造成的，相比稻舍，很有特點。好在環境很乾凈，睡眠“黑科技”，波音床墊、眼罩、助眠噴霧……一應俱全。
3號到這，5號離開，雖然人來人往，但感覺到烏村安排的細緻、周到，通過各式各樣豐富多彩的活動分散人流。印象深刻的是遇到的每位景區工作人員，從開接駁車的司機到前台人員到各個區工作人員，甚至清潔人員，都熱情有禮。cco的託管模式，活脱脱鄉間版地中海，解放父母的福音啊！在此表揚cco小朱和虓，耐心解答問題，解決問題。
總之，雖然五一人多，但屋村給我們全家留下了美好的印象！
