The hotel was excellent. The check in process in the Scenic Area ticket office was very smooth and the complimentary boat ride to the hotel made it really easy to get there.
The rooms are fabulous and the staff were very helpful, making a great effort to try to speak English to assist us.
Ms 余敏 Yu Min from reception was super helpful and really went above and beyond to make our stay great!
Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

在烏鎮景區內相對來説酒店空間設施都還不錯，而且在景區內部出門遊玩很方便。服務也還可以，衞生細節需要再注意一些。
