Wuzhen Tong'an Inn

We are so glad that we have decided to stay in Wuzhen for a night and thanks for the free room upgrade.

We had a nice stay here. The hotel upgraded the room for us free of charge (initially I booked 1 room in folk house and 1 room in the building, they gave us two rooms in the building which are good looking and well equipped. Everything of the room is so new, neat and clean. And it’s so quiet, we had good sleeping at night. The hotel is located inside Wuzhen Xizha Scenic area so it’s very convenient to go around for exploring the old town. Nearby there are many restaurants, even a family mart, and the boat quay is within walking distance too. Landscape all around is wonderful. Just a minus point: breakfast is good but less meat, not so many dishes, i wish there are more choices 😄 Overally, I love the stay here. The staff of the hotel is enthusiastic and helpful.

Great view of the Jiang Nan Watertown! Giant room with two floors with a bathtub! Softest bed ever! Best sleep of the trip!🛏️ There was a breakfast buffet with scrumptious foods of ranging varieties! It was quite hard for us to find the reception as the whole hotel is split into different buildings. In the streets outside the hotel, you can find many stores selling delicious “Grandma taste” Chinese food and trending milk tea shops like “Chagee”! Overall an amazing hotel experience!

Amazing tavern style hotel. It offers breakfast in a way that allows you to visit various shops and select the delicacies you want. This together with the entire town that’s built to make travellers feel transported back to ancient China. This kind of immersive style experience is truly unique!

This is my second stay in Tongan within two months. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, situated right next to the tourism center. It’s walkable, so you don’t need to rely on a shuttle bus for check-in and check-out. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet, even though they’re located away from the main street. The breakfast options are also great, with a variety of choices to suit different tastes. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist you. I want to express my gratitude to Ms. Wang (王月） for her exceptional service. She picked us up from the shuttle bus, helped us with the check-in process, and introduced us to the app, map, and facilities within the room as well as the attractions nearby. This made our stay much easier and more enjoyable.
