I had a wonderful holiday with my wife at Waterside Resort in Wuzhen. The hotel is located right inside the beautiful Xizha Scenic Area, which made our stay extra special. The room 4090 was cozy and the atmosphere was peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with plenty of tasty options to choose from each morning. Xizha is quite big, so we were really thankful for the buggy service that made it easy for us to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this resort if you’re planning a trip to Wuzhen!

Beautiful hotel. My room has a great view. After request, the hotel arranged me and my 2 teenage kids stays in the same block. The hotel breakfast has many varieties.
Bought the package type that includes entrance fee, boat ride, Free fan and free shuttle.
Overall love it and will come again !

Very convenient location inside Wuzhen village. Very beautiful place. Buffet was good as well. Wish we had more time to explore the hotel for a comprehensive review

Our stay at the Wuzhen Tong’an Inn was nothing short of delightful. This review is specifically for Wuzhen Tong’an Inn, not the Waterside Resort. We were fortunate to have encountered a helpful lady at the visitor center who informed us that our original booking didn't face the Wuzhen grand canal but instead their own small private canal, which wouldn't offer views of the ancient boats. She assisted us with an upgrade to the Tong’an Inn, which provided not only beautiful scenery but also a prime location right at the heart of all the happenings.
All Wuzhen guests head to one place for the breakfast buffet, which, conveniently, was right at our hotel. This was a significant advantage as the original booking would have required a 20+ minute walk, especially inconvenient in the rain and cold.
Our room was a blend of ancient Chinese style, with fragrant old woods, and a modernized living quarter complete with a hot shower and smart devices. It was impeccably clean, providing a perfect balance of traditional charm and contemporary comfort.
Everyone in Wuzhen was incredibly friendly. Special shout out to Mr. Ling, who helped us with our heavy luggage bags. He was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. It's unfortunate that we only booked two nights here. We would definitely love to stay longer in the future.

Staying at East Gate, long walk from Check in counter to room. Room a bit small and furniture is not very well maintained. Average good for a short stay. Breakfast in hotel is fine. Staff are helpful. Room is also clean.

Location is in Xisha and surrounded with good restaurants, cafe, small shops, and not far from boat pier. Staffs provided great hospitality and service.
