The hygiene condition of the room especially the toilet is very poor. We had an unpleasent experience with the toilet. The toilet seat is detached from the toilet bowl and the size of the toilet seat is too small for the toilet bowl.
There is no person to manage the reception. But the young guy is so helpful to book a cab for us.

非常好的民宿，很乾凈，也非常寬敞和善良。前台小姐姐很耐心也很友好，老闆還送了小禮物，很貼心。出門還會幫忙打車（竟然還是全權幫我們付款的）～小姐姐會告訴我周邊的景點，到了時間還會提醒我出行，怕我到時候不能入西柵～非常推薦～

朋友先前入住過，給我們介紹的，非常棒的一次民宿體驗。
距離烏鎮西柵很近，走路10多分鐘，就在商業街附近，離喧鬧的有一段距離，晚上睡覺不吵。
老闆也很熱情，有求必應，忙前忙後的，還幫忙搬行李，他家還準備了特色小吃品嚐，茶品也有～～看得出來老闆很用心的！！
房間大還挺有品質，乾淨整潔還舒服，我們喜歡這個風格，下次還會來你家。
門口也有停車位很方便！

剛到店裡，老闆就很熱情，喝了一會茶，老闆帶我們上去看房間，房間很乾凈，環境很好，離西柵景區也很近，從景區回來以後不知道吃什麼飯，老闆推薦了醬鴨，白水魚和定勝糕，很不錯的特色小吃。來的時候沒讓老闆接，走的時候老闆送到大巴車乘車點，囑咐我們拿好行李，很不錯的一次出行，給未白點贊，給老闆點贊。極力推薦！
