The hotel is owner operated and he is very helpful and always smiling. Her even helped us carry our luggage to the second storey. However he did not offer to carry our luggage down for us when we checked or at about 9 am.
The room is large and very clean. However the pillows are too soft and i have trouble sleeping.
My worst complain is the plumbing. The first night was very quiet since the room upstairs was not occupied. However the second night was bad. Every time when someone upstairs flushed the toilet it sounds like a plane taking off. Even when they shower upstairs the noise was quite annoying. I was woken up a few times because of that. I was so glad that i was checking out the next day.
