Overall, a very satisfying experience! I came to Wuzhen because of the Wuzhen Theater Festival. I didn’t expect to be able to book such a cost-effective B&B during the theater festival~ The B&B is very large, with a Chinese garden style. It was newly opened in 24 years. The environment is very good, and there is no smell of decoration. The room is also It's very spacious, and we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a room with a courtyard; the location is also very convenient, right next to Dongzha, there are flower drum opera performances nearby during the drama festival, and it's close to Xizha, Beizha and the bus station. Basically, it’s just over 1 kilometer~ The boss is very cute and helpful in every aspect. You don’t have to worry about a self-driving car seat. Basically, all your questions are answered. There is even fitness equipment in the B&B. My friends and I think it is a treasure B&B. ~

This time I came here for the drama festival. The hotel is right next to Dongzha. It’s very close. You can get there within 15 minutes on foot from Xizha or Beizha. It’s very convenient. The staff is very friendly and they even upgraded the room for free. The room is enough. It's spacious and clean. The bathroom area is divided into three parts. It's very convenient. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is that the aunt suddenly swiped her card in early in the morning and wanted to clean. I was shocked before I woke up 😂 The staff training needs to be strengthened. Everything else is good.

The room facilities are good, there is a sofa, and the sanitation is very clean. What is particularly surprising is that when you open the back door, you will see a garden with the charm of Jiangnan, which is really beautiful. The front desk staff provided enthusiastic service throughout the entire stay, and it is worth coming back to stay again.

The service lady and the environment are really great. Very satisfied. However, the room needs to be disinfected regularly, and the linens should not be piled in the corridor after changing. It feels not so good. It may be a requirement for bringing children. Because it is a double-bedroom apartment, I moved the bed and found several bugs of different sizes. There was also a black one, which was taken away by the child with a tissue. I also found that kind of black bug, the kind that bites people. The one in the video is too big. I covered it with a tissue and stepped on it to death. My skin is sensitive, I don’t know if it was bitten. Anyway, I felt itchy after taking a shower in the room. I was so scared that I didn’t dare to fall asleep all night. I was afraid that the child would be bitten too.

The environment of the B&B is particularly good! The young lady was very gentle and enthusiastic. She made sure to help us move our luggage upstairs, and then gave a detailed introduction to the B&B and the surrounding environment🫶The room has a large interior space and is very clean. The hotel facilities are very new, clean, quiet and comfortable. The front desk Xiao Beike is warm and the breakfast is also rich.
