Hotel check-in is handled at the ancient town tourist service center. During the stay until 18:00 on the day of departure, you can enter and exit the scenic area many times, which is very good for us. This time we booked a deluxe family suite A. The room is spacious, with 138 square meters, a 2-meter king-size bed and 2 single beds. As soon as we checked in, a waiter came to deliver welcome fruits and welcome cakes, and the first round of mini-bars in the room were also free. For dinner, we had a buffet at the hotel. There was a juice bar at the entrance. They were all non-alcoholic juices specially prepared by the little sister. I like to drink the colorful one with the taste of orange juice the most. After you are seated, the waiter will ask you if you want hot pot. Their hot pot ingredients are very rich. Since we are going out at night, we did not order hot pot. Their pumpkin soup is delicious and full of milk flavor. I drank 2 bowls. The red willow lamb skewers are freshly grilled and taste very good. The salmon is cut on the spot by them, which is very fresh; the noodles are freshly cooked by the noodle stall, and it is also delicious to add some toppings by yourself; there are many fruits and cakes, and they taste good. The waiter collects the plates very diligently and is very enthusiastic. When staying in this hotel, I feel that not only the hardware facilities here are excellent, but the butler service is also very considerate, which makes people feel at home.

The entire Puyuan scenic area was just opened to the public in May 2024, so all kinds of hotel facilities are very new. It is also the best hotel in the scenic area. The soft carpet can be seen. The hotel housekeeper will contact you the day before check-in. Inform the housekeeper half an hour before arrival. The housekeeper will come to the shuttle bus downstairs of the parking lot to wait for guests and take the guests and luggage to the visitor center to check in, which can save about 5 minutes of walking. Check-in is handled at the visitor center, and various information needs to be registered, such as vehicle license plate (parking is free), face recognition (you can enter and exit the scenic area at any time after checking in to the hotel before 18:00 on the day of check-out), travel photography voucher (you need to make an appointment one day in advance, the shop is very busy on weekends and basically can't make an appointment for a more suitable time, so it's best to communicate with the housekeeper in advance and make an appointment one day). You can enter the scenic area by swiping your face through the gate. You need to continue to take the tour bus to the hotel. The tour bus goes around the road outside the scenic area, so it takes 4-5 minutes to drive (in fact, it only takes 5-6 minutes to walk to the hotel). It is definitely quite comfortable to take the tour bus with luggage when entering the park for the first time. The hotel has very good hardware facilities. The lobby is very spacious. The corridors and rooms are elegantly decorated. The green landscape design is attentive. Many places are deliberately created to create a fairyland effect of smoke. The room size is OK, and the internal facilities are complete. There is a balcony, a small tea room, a coffee machine, a small refrigerator, welcome fruits on the coffee table on the sofa, and free drinks in the refrigerator; there is a scenic map on the desk, and there are hair dryers, lotions and matching toiletries in the bathroom; it is worth mentioning that the hotel's slippers are very comfortable and recommended to take away; the bathrobe is a plush material suitable for this season, which is very warm and intimate, but it is a pity that it cannot be taken away; the laundry bag is a large environmentally friendly bag with the Puyuan Logo, which is just right for carrying things; there is a bathtub and a shower, and a disposable bathtub cover and bath salts are placed on the bathtub. The bathtub is open, and it may not be convenient to enjoy it if a colleague stays in; it is a pity that the toilet is not intelligently flushed. The towels are thick and soft, and the overall hygiene is very good; there are still mosquitoes in this season, but no electric mosquito coils are found in the room. The hotel's room card is plum blossom-shaped and very special. You can ask the front desk for one as a souvenir when you leave. The service staff is polite and enthusiastic, and basically responds to requests; the hotel breakfast is from 7:00 to 10:00, with a rich variety of delicious dishes. It is recommended to go for breakfast, because other food in the scenic area is very ordinary. The entire Puyuan scenic area is still very new, and less than 20% of the commercial facilities are currently open. The 120 yuan scenic spot ticket is for the moat. There are few people in the scenic area, so the experience of wandering around and taking pictures in the scenic area is very good, especially the night view is really beautiful.
