Outstanding experience! What looked like a typical old town felt more like a Spa resort. We checked in at the Wuzhen area gate, the precess was very quick, after that a bus took us to the hotel. It was an old-looking building with modern commodities. Very warm (even in December) and very clean. Fangdong was very helpful and friendly, he helped with the luggage and made a tasty breakfast in the morning. The next day he helped to arrange our bags to be sent to the check-in area and we were enjoying our time free of worries (and heavy things). Since it was Christmas eve, the area had Christmas decorations and we were gifted with traditional apples. All this small actions added to our fascination of the beauty of Wuzhen. 11 out of 10! I wolf recommend this experience to everybody to enjoy at least once in a lifetime!

Because the temperature in Wuzhen was below zero at that time, I thought it would be very cold when I first checked into the hotel. Unexpectedly, the air conditioning was good. After staying for three days in a row, the room felt very warm. After staying outside for a long time, I wanted to go back to my hotel room to escape the cold. Overall, the hotel room is bright, clean and sanitary. Clean towels are changed every day and mineral water is replenished. In addition, the hotel's customer service is very good. Even though it is off-season, the hotel treats guests warmly and makes them feel at home. The person who deserves special praise is the waiter named Qian at the front desk. For this reason, I decided to choose Jiayuan Ruiting Hotel if I have the opportunity to go to Wuzhen in the future!

Wuzhen Tong'an Inn is located in Wuzhen West Scenaric Area. Very convenient location. Decoration theme of the lobby made me felt like I stayed in the ancient house. Facility in room is very good. There is no elevator but hotel staffs helps carried my luggage to my room. Staffs were nice with good service mind but none of them can speak English and I have to use Baidu and Google Translation to talk with them. There are various food for breakfast and the taste is very OK.

It’s so beautiful that I don’t even want to go to the scenic spot. The key is that the price/performance ratio is great. The B&B is very close to the scenic spot. It's only a few minutes walk to Xizha. There are many places to eat in the surrounding area, and it has a high rating on a review. There is a small courtyard that is beautiful The surrounding greenery is also very good. The Jiangnan courtyard is so beautiful that every photo you take looks like a painting. The room facilities are very complete and the cleaning is super clean. The air conditioning in the room is very powerful! The lady boss is very considerate and enthusiastic. The air conditioner is warm, the toilet is hot, and the weather is cold. The room is large and has hot water, making it a comfortable stay. The disadvantage is that there is no rack to hang towels in the bathroom. However, the price of just over 100 can be ignored. We had breakfast at a nearby restaurant owned by Jiangxi people, and the noodles were pretty good. This street covers a radius of two kilometers with Wuzhen as the center. There are so many places to stay, eat and rent Hanfu.

I had a great experience staying in this room also only 1 night.. The girl at the front desk were nice and friendly and the owner gave me discount 20% when had lunch or dinner. The room was clean, the hotel is facing the street but it's not loud at night. It is so quite. The wifi worked smoothly. You only need to walk for 5 minutes to Wuzhen and XiXia. Perfect place to have a relaxing moment after a big day of walking around Wuzhen, Xixia and DongXia. There are always many restaurants, small shop and coffee or milk tea places around the hotel.

Lovely hotel and location in a quieter area. Overall friendly service and bell hop. Family room large and comfortable. Nice view from room especially at night. Location and hours information was not shared at time of check in re: swimming pool, gym, spa. Especially for foreigners, this would be appreciated as no info is provided in the room. Later when we asked, told pool opens at 1 pm and no morning swimming before ceck out. We chose the hotel partly because of pool and were disappointed. Buttons to clean room unclear if on or off. Room was not cleaned even after a phone call to reception confirming they would send someone. Very helpful customer service with sending items that were left behind in the room. Breakfast was excellent although a 5 min walk from hotel. Also a good western restaurant. Overall Wuzhen is a beautiful ancient water town well worth a visit.

The room was very nice 👍 It was very comfortable to stay, and the service staff in the hotel were very nice! The service was particularly enthusiastic, and there was one more thing that made me very touched and grateful! After drinking outside at noon that day, it was already 3 o'clock when I returned to the hotel, so I went to bed. The next day, I discovered that the 1,800 yuan in cash in my pocket was missing.
