這家酒店真是讓人驚喜不已！我定的大床房還給我免費升級成了親子房，一進門，温馨的裝飾讓人感到賓至如歸。房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，衞生條件也非常好。工作人員非常熱情周到，不僅為我們解答了很多問題，還提供了許多有用的建議。在這裏度過的時間非常愉快，讓人流連忘返。我一定會再次選擇這家民宿酒店，也強烈推薦給我的朋友們！

避雷。
衞生條件極差，馬桶上各種黏糊不明物體，水是黃的。讓人非常難受。
景區很涼快，但是房間裏很悶，不通風，紗窗也是壞的，跟前台溝通了才給拿個風扇。紗窗還修不了。
客服態度也不好，愛住不住的感覺，反映問題就是你受不了可以退房。

如果有需要去的朋友，千萬不要訂這個酒店，房間還小，洗漱用品全是別的酒店拿過來的，價格貴不説，還熱死了，空調沒有，來個電風扇，結果還是個破的，跟個拖拉機一樣在響，3點就吵醒了，誰住誰後悔。

週末出遊聽朋友説九宮山很涼快，網上看了很久，選擇了這家酒店，景區酒店價格相對下面還是有點高的，環境一般般，相對於其他的性價比還是不錯

服務非常好，員工都非常熱情，酒店的環境乾淨整潔，非常安靜，讓人感到非常放鬆，讓人感到賓至如歸。額外誇一下負責熱情的工作人員幫忙找回遺失的物品！善良的人運營的酒店不會差！

現在的九宮山有點微涼，酒店在山上雲中湖大壩的位置，旁邊就是去銅鼓包的遊步道，跟前台諮詢了一下線路，就去體驗了一下爬山的樂趣，有幸看到了雲海，整體感覺挺好，酒店環境也還可以，經濟實惠，相比其他酒店同等價格還包含2張九宮山大門票，物超所值！

酒店還不錯，我們買的時候價格很美麗，景區酒店這個價格以為環境會很差，沒想到超出了我們的預期。老闆人很好，我們訂的標間，還給我們直接升級了親子房，這個酒店很安靜。特地錯峯出遊，現在過來，人也不多，山上很涼快！！！

現在天氣很有點熱了，這次是二次去九宮山避暑了，九宮山確實是避暑聖地，山上的空氣太舒服了，這次預訂的泉雪居酒店也很不錯，本來是衝著價格優惠去的，一間房還含了兩張進山大門票，但是房間卻驚艷到我了，房間內部比較小清新，住着很舒服。工作人員服務也很好，有問題及時給解決了，值得推薦，下次有機會還去九宮山避暑還選這家酒店😄😁😆
