以前叫柏曼酒店，來住過，現在除了改了名字，其他的都沒變，服務蠻好的，而且房間的衞生要求也比較高，還是之前連鎖酒店的服務標準，住着蠻舒服的，附近吃飯買東西都蠻方便，挺好的！

酒店就在雲中湖邊，前台人很好，，聽説我們早上要去看日出，主動告訴我們日出大概時間，還暖心詢問我們是否需要大衣保暖。衞生方面也很不錯，性價比高[強]

酒店出來設施都很方便，風景也好，乾淨衞生，吳經理人也特別好，知道我們沒帶厚衣服，把他自己的衣服借我們上山看日出，冬天來滑雪，還來這裏住，酒店的工作人員都超級熱情！

非常中肯的評價，一晚上小五百的價格，不知道是收的
1、衞生間是最讓我難以忍受的，馬桶圈可以移動的，像是某個螺絲鬆動壞了的，這其實是小事，重點衞生間從進門到離開一直充斥着一股刺鼻的臭味，像是日積月累的散不去的廁所味道，這股味道充斥整個房間
2、洗漱台是沒有洗手液的
3、床上用品都很潮
4、窗外很吵，白天從早上七點多鐘就有各種廣告叫喚，還有大媽的廣場舞音樂，晚上十一點多還有各種汽車鳴笛，這還是我門窗緊閉的情況下，依然會聽的很清楚，如果是想來度假放鬆的，建議不要選這家酒店了，房間的隔音效果也很差，可以清楚的聽到隔壁正常音量説話
5、酒店的早餐……麪條不是現下的，是一個鐵盆子裏面裝一大碗，每個人自己拿筷子去挑，另外服務員看到別人夾的沒拿走的炒粉，會直接倒進公共炒粉盆，所有廚師做的早餐，比如炒粉炒飯真的是巨鹹！！！
