兩個月來已住過十來天，以前都是天氣暖和被子不厚也沒關係。今晚冷啊，空調開不上温度衹能讓服務員加被子，可是服務員説要加二十元。我衹想問賓館負責人，客人住進來冷的受不了加被子也要錢嗎？
給人温暖沒有，給人暖和可睡不想感冒達不到嗎？
這樣的被子我需要加三床才暖和，那要六十元嗎？

前台換人了嗎？以前的很熱情，這次的體驗很差！按金多付了2塊錢，也不説！臨時換房，也不推薦**或攜程上訂，就按到店價格！比網上多！走廊地毯臟的不能再臟了！進屋一股腳臭味！自己噴了好多香水！
