It was my first time to visit Tongren and I chose their hotel without hesitation. I called the front desk and said it was very close to the ancient city. The girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic and patient. I went with my family and it was very good. It's very clean and the location is easy to find. I will come again next time

The weather was over 30 degrees and the air conditioner in the room didn't work. I called the front desk and asked the front desk that the air conditioner was being cleaned. I was so drunk that I didn't clean it earlier, but the weather was too hot to clean it. From check-in to check-out, the air conditioner couldn't be used. The indoor temperature was 29 and it was by the roadside. It was stuffy, hot and noisy, and the cleaning was very perfunctory.
