下午進房間 房間空調就一直不涼快 以為是剛進去 反應慢 要等一會兒才涼快 沒想到一直都悶熱 出去吃飯的時候忘記讓服務員處理了 吃完飯回去給服務員説 空調有問題 服務員回答 在搶修 我們下午進去就是那個樣子的 到晚上五個小時了 還沒搶修好嗎？？？一會兒説在搶修一會兒説馬上聯繫人來維修 還挺會扯的…. 説給我們拿一個風扇 那麼小的風扇 請問我放哪裡吹？並且還是壞的。。。床單被套都是洞 就不知道換一個嘛😓枕頭也是臟臟的 我花錢住酒店要我睡帶洞的床單被子？？？？

房間老舊的地方很多，隔音不好，晚上一直有一個尖鋭的滴~滴~聲。也不知道是啥，一晚上沒睡着過。一晚200多的單人間

酒店服務非常好，很熱情，服務態度特別棒，衞生很乾凈，客房阿姨很有禮貌，前台小姐姐也特別漂亮,房間特別乾淨，衞生間也很好，熱水很給力，房間都有消毒，床單很乾凈，杯子很乾凈我很喜歡這個裝修風格，酒店設施也很新房間設施齊全，服務人員素質高,如果有機會，我還會來這裏。

一進門，感覺房間光線挺好的，有兩瓶免費水，茶葉包，特別説一下這個酒店還配了兩袋咖啡，這個感覺很不錯，另外衞生間是做的乾濕分離，毛巾看着還挺新的，總的來説不錯，推薦入住！

出差來銅仁入住的酒店，房間還挺大，因為睡眠比較淺，要求前台小姐姐開一間靠裡麪的房間，還蠻安靜的，休息的還不錯，前台服務員態度也很好，總的來説很滿意。
