設施老舊，衞生條件差，地毯上都是指甲和臟東西，給前台打電話想換一間，前台回覆我訂的是無窗的，地毯也沒辦法打掃…聽完都無語了，回覆算了掛掉電話。比有窗的便宜幾十元的無窗房就該這麼臟嗎？回話之前還是在腦子裡想一想這句話合不合理對再客人説吧！電視也是很低端，都藍屏了，沒法正常觀看！

開的行政套房，後面水管爆了，房間進水，酒店就給我換了個單間，兩點不到前台讓退房吵醒了，原本想着住酒店放鬆一下，誰知道是更惱火。

收費高服務低，沒熱水，沒空調，差差差

有健身房餐廳停車場位置也很好，可能酒店宣傳不到位生意有點冷清，然後就沒錢重新裝修吧！老裝修了，希望多宣傳提升健身房及酒店宴席住宿的曝光度，總體還行

沒有見過這麼差的酒店，水龍頭和鏡子是貼在一起的很難打開，房間很破舊，電梯裏地墊也一個大洞 ，超級差…

整個酒店給我的感覺非常好，工作人員的服務也很好，早餐的種類挺多的，也很好吃。
