訂的四人間房，結果房間衹有兩個枕頭，讓再給兩個都不肯，評論區別人兩人標間曬的照片都有四個枕頭，憑什麼我們四個人就不給。app上明明顯示有洗衣服務，前台開始狡辯説沒有，説是app自己掛的，後面又説是本來有但壞了，嘴裏有沒有實話，且一點補償都沒有。前台服務員態度傲慢，房間是有陽台，但陽台外面的景色一言難盡，兩個電視遙控器也是一點電沒有，不給看就不要裝電視了，再也不來這住了！！！
