房間衞生挺乾淨，離火車站很近很方便，老闆娘也很熱情，吃飯也方便賓館旁邊都有價格也實惠，還有就是她們家有銅仁周邊的網約車師傅都可聯繫。

銅仁火車站旁邊走幾步路就到的小賓館，樓梯房，房間略小，設施老舊有的不能用，但過路住宿還是挺挺方便且經濟實惠的。

很一般，房間內沒有梳子，吹風機等，空調也是壞的，房間內還有很多頭髮，毛巾也是多次利用的
