The front desk manager Yang Yang has a good professional quality. Seeing that we are elderly, he proactively asked us if we needed any help and even saw us off to the elevator. , the room is big, clean and tidy, The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, a large bathtub, and fruits are provided in the room. The surrounding environment is very good. Not far from the ancient city along the river, I will stay at Jinjiang Hotel next time I come to Tongren.

Apart from the good location, there is nothing else worth recommending. The shower room leaked and there was water everywhere on the floor after taking a shower. The facilities are old and the hair dryer is broken. The service level is not professional enough. The little girl at the front desk doesn't know what to ask, and her work efficiency is not high. Asking the hotel front desk for a few more bottles of water is not enough (she plausibly says that drinking water in each room is standard and cannot be given more). The pick-up and drop-off service booked by Ctrip actually requires carpooling with other guests, and we have to wait back and forth for other guests. What's amazing is that they think this is a matter of course, and they are really speechless. It seems that the so-called economic poverty is more due to backward thinking.
