very pleasant experience, staff can speak english at the reception and the room was very good, clean and warm. very close to the train station, definitely recommended. it's not close to the old town close to the river but it's 10~15 minutes by taxi.

真的很離譜，家人們不要貪圖方便住在這個酒店，和家人來住，衞生間沒有門就算了，裝修老舊也算了，淋浴房衹有半扇門！真的衹有裏火車站近一個優點，兩百多住在別的地方不好嗎！

之前看這家酒店的評價就是金玉其外，敗絮其中，住下來的感覺確實如此。衞生間外面是用簾子拉起來，這個印象很深刻。房間還是挺大的，就是陳舊。地理位置非常優越，離火車站很近，第2天去坐旅遊巴士到梵凈山，巴士站也非常近。周圍吃飯的地方很多，還有按摩的地方，梵凈山爬好下來可以按摩一下。

酒店外觀醒目，從火車站出來很好找，大堂四星標準，客房舒適，設施中規中矩（電視機有點小），衞生間乾淨但淋浴花灑不太好。酒店對面客運站就有直達梵凈山的班線車，交通很便利。

整個行程中一次神奇的入住體驗，有一説一，
位置:比較方便，高鐵站出來就可以看見，到旅遊汽車站乘座去梵凈山大巴也很方便；
服務：前台小哥哥很有耐心，有問題一直幫解決；
設施：酒店3面朝馬路，且是交通要道，入住時下午19點，進入房間彷彿坐在馬路邊，要求換房間，原訂雙床房，被告知整個酒店每層樓衹有1間不朝馬路且是大床房，無奈衹能分開樓層入住（也感謝攜程及時幫處理解決）；
衞生：和酒店星級的標準差太多，沒使用他們毛巾和浴巾；
奇葩：凌晨1點多有人狂敲門，沒敢開門，天亮出門時發現門把手有個外賣。😰

老酒店，可能是代表了銅仁的過去吧……衞生一般，可能距離火車站太近了，環境比較吵鬧～周邊吃東西還是挺方便的，距離梵凈山景區70公里算是交通比較方便的地方
