服務非常差，各種理由，藉口，其他酒店都是主動打掃衞生，這個破酒店還有等他們通知他們才來打掃衞生！！！我真服了，以後再也不來住這個破酒店了，勸大家慎重考慮再決定

這是我目前住過的性價比最高的酒店了！環境真的很nice，有一個陽台陽台外面就能看見江水，坐在陽台上風景很好。而且房間裏面還有投影，床很寬兩個人睡一點都不擠，早上還有免費早餐。最最最重要的就是前台小姐姐的服務態度很好，特別親切有問題都能幫我們解決，還有那個穿西裝那個經理還是什麼的人也很好！很棒的一次入住體驗，夏天再來住一次！

房間很不錯乾淨衞生也很大，工作人員服務態度滿分💯到的時候是晚上，因為是第一次來而且酒店在景區裡邊，找不到酒店工作人員跑到大門口來接，感覺很貼心 早上也有早餐送到房間體驗了一把當少爺的感覺哈哈哈哈
適合情侶跟家庭出行吧房間還有麻將機和江景大陽台也可以燒烤在房間風景啥都不錯。房間比較少 可以早些訂。美中不足就是離火車軌道有些近睡眠輕的有些吵 辦公倒是不影響

環境挺好的，有早餐，就是空調不熱冬天住很冷，沒有投影設備看不了電視，廁所燈不亮，按金付的微信非要退我現金 而已。
這個價格這個條件已經很不錯了，要什麼自行車呢對吧。
哦對了，還有wifi網挺好的。

整體是非常值得推薦的！到達酒店就有服務人員迎接，交流很温柔，讓人很放鬆。房間很寬敞，整潔明亮，佈局合理，看得出是非常用心在經營的，床單被套乾淨規整，絕對是用熨斗熨過的。配備的消耗品就能看得出，包裝用心設計，配備人性化：針線包、刮鬍刀、護理包，一次性牙刷的質感也很好，洗護用品是一整套（沐浴露洗髮露護髮素），且使用下來舒適度很高。衞浴乾濕分離，還配備了臟衣簍，吹風機也很好用，隨便吹吹就能幹，甚至連打火機都有配備，煙灰缸裏還很貼心的放了水和紙巾。環境優美，能感受到大自然帶來的愉悦，江景24小時不同感受，庭院裏的植被和小動物也很惹人喜愛。配備了小賣部，方便購買一些日用品和小零食，在景區周圍是難得的，且有餐廳，不住宿的話來這裏小聚也是值得的。自駕前往此地，説實話，進出有點考驗技術，希望後期能拓寬改造一下；房間隔音如果睡眠淺的可能會有影響。總體是可圈可點的！希望在保持現有的基礎上再提升，是銅仁地區做的算好的酒店了，前景廣闊。（包含的早餐也很好吃！推薦！）是本人會再次入住的地方！

房間挺大，帶個大陽台，就在大明邊城上，陽台就對着河，就是地方有點偏，晚上9點多就一片漆黑了，隔音一般，河對岸唱歌聽得很清楚。
