Of particular note is the lack of basic hand sanitizer and soap in the restrooms, which is particularly inappropriate given the current focus on hygiene. I hope the hotel can strengthen management in this regard and ensure that the guest room supplies are complete. In addition, the cleanliness of towels also needs to be improved. Although it is not unusable, it is still uncomfortable to see some stains on it. It is recommended that hotels strengthen the management of room cleaning and supplies replacement to improve guests' accommodation experience. Overall, this hotel has its own unique advantages, especially in terms of location and service. If the room hygiene can be improved, I believe it will become a more ideal accommodation choice.
