孩子上個廁所，馬桶堵了，到前台找不到人，衹能打電話，晚上睡前覺得太冷，前台也沒人，還是打電話，對方接電話態度也不好，説我們事兒多。一整晚走廊裏的不知道什麼東西一直在響，特別特別吵。
總之這是我目前為止住過環境最差，服務還很不好的一家旅店。
